if you guys dont feel comfortable eating while all employees stare at you dont come to this location. while we sat and waited for our order the cashier told the manager something while looking at us then the manager walked to the back and said something to the cooks and literaly they all stopped doing what they were doing and turned over to look at us. i looked behined me to see if there was something outside but all i saw was one truck , trees , bell rd street and more cars did not see anything that might be so intresting that all the cook had to turn around and look. really disappointing ive been coming to this location for 3 years straight non stop every friday i buy take out but now this im not going back ever again

Im sad to say that now for the second time everything that I ordered with avocado had everything except avocado. I ordered a "Avocado Quesadilla and what they gave me was nothing more then a Crunch wrap Supreme you would get from Taco Bell, less any sign of Avocado. I cant be the only one being skipped. I know the pics on the menu always look better then the actual food but at least put in the dang avocado. El Pollo Loco 59th and Bell road Glendale AZ I,m gonna order from you guys one last time and if your being cheap on the avocado then your fired! I don"t have a good feeling about this. Make it right, or stop the adverts

I have went to this location many times. Well today my son and I went and I got the ultimate chicken salad it was extremely grease shell. The drive thru cashier was RUDE! I pulled up she opened the window didnt say a thing to me handed me my drinks as I handed her my card. Not once was I provided a total. And to be completely honest I dont think she said one word to me! I asked for extra dressing and she nodded. Well I said thank you to her as she handed me my food. Then she immediately slammed the window shut! I have never had such horrible service here. Its very unfortunate.

The service was excellent! The young girl behind the counter was a pleasure. The food was perfectly hot and so fresh. We bought the biggest family meal and even ordered a few extra large sides. All of it was excellent. The chicken is so flavorful and moist. The mac and cheese is so cheesy delicious, we get it everytime we come here. My favorite side is actually the coleslaw. Im so picky about my coleslaw... when I find a place that makes it right, Im a forever fan. Thanks again for a fabulous family dinner!!

Always enjoy the food, but I wont be going back to this location again. The manager was asked to read something to make sure that the order was correct and just acted like she read it and said yes. When my husband came home with the order and it was wrong I called and spoke to the manager and she admitted that he asked her to read it but that she actually didnt. At least she admitted that she didnt even read it, but thats the reason why we wont be going back.

Dissapointed. Had coupon to try free item with a purchase of another to get all the way home from drive through to find out they did not completely finish making free item. Called spoke with manager drove back only to have item corrected and manager said they have a salad th is just lettuce and a slice of avocado... not true. For manger to argue with me over a free product after I unconventionality had to return due to their error... wont go there again.

Chicken was very dry, very small pieces (pigeon size), took over 10 minutes to get my order and l dont understand why because l was the only costumer, also seems like the employees were wearing like 20 lb shoes, they didnt care about fast service, very disappointed and l wont recommend this place to no one.

We had a large catering order & it was perfect! The person who delivered the food stayed to set it up, making a nice presentation. We had food left over even though we had a few more guests than the order was for. All guest comments about the food was very positive. I would absolutely order here again.

The best fast food Style Chicken available. With great flavor and many available sides. I would recommend the salad as it is fresh and made with quality ingredients. chicken has an amazing flavor and everyone will enjoy. Good prices that cannot be beat.

Ana and I eat here often. The chicken has a great flavor, the rice and beans are really good. The salsa bar has great choices. We prefer the salsa verde. The "bowls" are a full meal for me. I especially like the avocado tacos.

Their grilled chicken is very good, very tasty. But we went there yesterday (Dec.10th) and they had no wings or legs. They should sell their chicken pieces by the dozen at a reasonable cost.
