Mr. Webb, This Old Country Buffet is very disappointing. The food is never fresh and I mean never. My family and I have been to this location several times and it is always the same experience. The food is dried out from being old. The staff is not very friendly and neither are the managers. It is like no one cares. The pictures are deceitful on your site. The desserts are always empty and when there are desserts they are dried out. What a shame of a restaurant to be opened and the food is so horrible. Maybe you should pay this location a visit and update not only the food but the staff. The only reason we have gone back was to see if anything was changed as far as the freshness of the food. If changes are made as far as the food, staff caring and managers taking the time to make sure this restaurant is somewhere they take pride in working, then maybe then, my family and I will be back.

They now charge extra for the poorest quality steak I have ever witnessed. they should be sued for serving the low quality meat they serve as it is a health hazard. the salad bar had wilted and black rotting lettuce and the steak was full of fat and stringy grizzle, just horrible. I complained to the manager that we spent $35 with the $2.50 up-charge for the steaks and he didnt even offer to remove it off our bill. I sent the steak back because it was rare and even after cooking it a 2nd time it was still rare. this is a sign of meat glue in the meat which raises the bacteria count in the steak since there is more surface area in all the pieces which are glued together. There are literally hundreds of pieces of meat that are glued together to make the steaks they sell there. For $35 for two people, go somewhere else! Go to a real restaurant with Real food, zero stars.

I take my granddaughter there quite often. "Usually" everything is great. Once, the pizza never came out fresh and completely ruined her night! Another time on a Thursday some tall waitress wouldnt give her a balloon until I had to go over and ask for it. Last week, the "kid" who was slicing up the meat was extremely rude to her and I had to write in about it. "Usually" the food is very appetizing and fresh and full. Once in awhile the chicken and pizza are old and just sit there. Most of the kids are super friendly. Some only around the parents or adults. Children are part of the job. If you cant deal with them, get out of the food industry. You dont belong there. You definitely have to learn how to fake being nice and courteous.

Very disappointed!! We have gone to this location a number of times with little problems for a buffet. Today was a Saturday and yes it was about an hour and 1/2 after opening. I understand they were busy. But I was vey disappointed after I paid for our lunch of over $30 that there was no food in the pans, no silverware and the food that did come out was not cooked properly and they had a poor selection. When we approached a manager with our complaints, instead of saying she would fix things as soon as she could, she decided to give excuses and have an attitude. We left hungry and unsatisfied. We will be finding another place to have lunch from now on.

Sorry, I do not like to be negative but this place needs help. The food was not very good. They had many health code violations, including but not limited to no covers does for the ice tea dispensers, a dirty mop sitting on the floor. The staff continued to use the mop and then handle food without washing their hands. The manager was handling money at the payments counter and then started handling food on his way back to the kitchen without washing his hands. Not one person wore gloves when handling food, cleaning tables, handling cash, mopping the floor. I am sorry but I would not go back to this location again.

We are coming already for years at the country buffet. But the last two years it is awefull. In the earliers year you got a drink. Now you have to pay $ 2.47. Do you really think I drink so much coke? And when I did, there can be food in! So gave the drinks and the people eat less! I come for the taco meat, so yesterday when I was there there was no taco meat because is was frozen! So I eat 2 chickenlegs and a a soup and a icecream! My husbands even eat less. We wil never come again after again a very bad experience! For what we eat a very expensive experience! And once we were one of the best clients!

I took my mother to this location this evening...Food was good. But the man at the Carver station was rude!! Few of us stood for a long time to be served. He was talking on his phone and kept walking off as we stood there. At one point he slammed the food on my mothers plate. Maybe he doesnt understand the meaning of customer service... Perhaps management should teach him. We sat and watched him continue to ignore other customers who waited to be served. At times, he walked up then walked off. Im sure this is not the experience people would want. Hopefully this man is talked to.

This was so nasty. I spent $30 for me and my girlfriend to eat here and it tasted like the food was old. The pizza was stale. Mac and cheese had no flavor. The mashed potatoes and gravy were disgusting. To top it off the food was not warm at all. The bread tasted like they had added some type of vinegar on it ew I would suggest to not go here at all. The dishes were not clean, there was no dishes on the dessert table. Worse food ever! Everything looked and tasted so old and nasty. I am so upset I paid $30 for food I couldnt even eat!! No stars!

very disappointing, cost of $50.00 for 4. the meat was prime rib, gray in color, no flavor, and lots of hard fat. could not eat. the line was, food every where, busy still no excuse., workers everywhere, no management , overseeing, .I have worked in resturants, mom and pops to the finest. there is no excuse, for these problems. It just takes a little respect and time, on every ones part, and all could be fixed in one week. it can be done. be encouraged.

Came here tonight for my husbands birthday. Paid $80 for our family. The waitress, even though she was getting other people their drinks, refused to get ours. Macaroni and cheese was extremely dried out and looked old. Dont think about having a fried chicken breast here, they dont serve them. Very, very limited menu. I didnt even eat, I walked out I was so disgusted with the service and the food. Waste of money, I could get more variety (and better) at QT.

My husband and I took our three children to dinner here. We were hoping for a good experience. We found many big bones in the fish. The potato wedges were like cardboard. The waitress was asked about it and she just apologized. The cheesecake was like it had been sitting out for hours. They do not put out fresh food. The food had obviously been sitting out way too long. We called for a refund and we were told the next day it was too late. Buyer Beware!!!!
