Ive been reading some of these comments. They are so ridiculous. Someone is complaining about steak? How it is served every Sunday and Monday...Wow, what a disappointment. Another retard says, A tragedy must have hit the staff tonight. I dont know about you but I could give a darn if the staff talks to me. And if they dont talk, they are probably tired of retarded peoples bullcrap. The best review is the one where the cheap-O complains about pricing. Really? You wish there were more options for price? There are, its called breakfast, lunch and dinner (drink is optional). Oh by the way senior discount, military Mondays, and kids prices. Another dumby doesnt know what a salisbury steak is, who cares if the staff doesnt know, ask a cook, not a bus boy or waitress.. You come to a place called Old Country Buffet and you yourself have to ask what something is, something that looks like a burger smothered in gravy? That would be a salisbury steak you moron. Others complained about a hair being in the food. Blaming it on a worker in the back. It is more likely a customers hair. Come on, you know how many people hover over the buffet lines. Regardless, Ive never had a hair in my food. I have pretty good eyes to spot that stuff. If there was hair, it would not end up on my plate. Oh this ones better. The idiot who complains about stale food. Ive got one thing to say to you. One plate at a time fatty. When things sit on the table they tend to change temperature. Try one plate at a time... I also noticed that some Mexican guys, more so than anyone else are giving bad reviews. This isnt your moms homemade tamales, nor is it menudo.. why dont you guys go try the hard shell tacos by the salad bar...By the way anything is better than menudo.. I go there, and eat. And for what you pay and then have options for is a good deal. I pay, eat my food, and my waitress cleans up after me as Im eating and when I leave. I like this place. It is some of the customers that are trashy. But I dont mind, just dont lick your fingers and hands as your getting food at the buffet. Didnt your mom teach you manners....you dregs of society.

I have never gone out for dinner and been so disappointed/disgusted in my whole life. I feel like the other reviews were just straight fraud. The place was a mess, the food was awful, except for the desserts. The icee machines did not work correctly, and most of the soda was flat. The store was very nasty in most spots too, besides where the food was. Other tables looked like a tornado had come in. The tile hasnt been mopped in years, I could only imagine what the health inspector has done to this place or is going to do. The service was the worst that I have ever seen at any sort of restaurant. The lady that seated us said, "Hi I am (removed) and I will be your waiter today." We proceeded to say thank you for taking our plates and she just looked back, talked to the other lady at the register, started talking, left our plates on the table and took a break right in front of us without performing her duties before-hand. Normally when I go out to a buffet, I leave full. This time I couldnt bring myself to eat nearly as much for dinner as I should have, due to the large lack of variety that should have been in this store. The few different foods that they had were all old, dry, mushy, tasted like they shouldnt or just simply not cooked right. Ill start to explain the after-feelings that I experienced from this horrible place momentarily. A lot of the food was not even labelled, so you spend a lot of time trying to figure out what it is that you may be eating. This can especially be bad if you might be allergic to something. On the short five minute drive home, I puked in my mouth, causing me to almost swerve in the other lane. My girlfriend felt the same way and her stomach hurt for an hour after we got home. This is by far the worst restaurant I have ever been to and I feel like I have been cheated out of my money. Over-all, the professionalism, quality, decorations and food at this location is by far the worst Ive ever seen. Update - 16 Hours Later: Pepto-bismol is my best friend.

I used to love this place and living right next to it, it is a great place to take the family err was. I bought the coupons good through 11/26/2014 and used most however if it werent for the coupons I probably wouldnt have gone. I saw on one occasion plates dropped by employees and then just re-stacked on top of the clean plates. Many times the plates still have past food on them and I had to dig through a pile to get to a clean one. The price is definitely not worth it!! I just received an email that now drinks are included but they took away the only competing factor against Golden Corral and no more made to order steaks on the grill. I dont know why a place would switch up a good thing but I guess if they arent looking for profits that would be the way to go. For the price I could have a better and wider variety as well as grilled steaks with onions, mushrooms and bell peppers at Golden Corral, which I believe we will do from here on out. I just cant see spending $12.00 per adult for a small selection, no grilled steaks and when they did no bell peppers, onions or mushrooms grilled to go on top, even if I do save fuel. Id rather spend the extra .50 cents in gasoline per person to go up the road to Golden Corral where I get a lot more selection and fresher I might add, grilled steaks with all the trimmings, steak sauce at the table and the deserts although not as good are at least stocked and even if I decide to dine later in the evening as is the case most of the time. A single working mother doesnt always have a lot of money or time and the selection+price in my mind isnt worth it. The grilled to order steaks was a big loss when removed.

Ok flat out well staffed I even seen the manger often also what I believed to be a possible district manager. Ill even say they had plenty of choices food and dessert. Why the two star rating ? Purely because of the food quality although pretty well stocked. Id say maybe over stocked not being batch cooked ass needed possibly. Probably half of if not the most product was clearly held for some time. The slow removal of dirty dishes for some employees not all. Being out of cups for a moments more than twice before being restocked during my visit. Not so clean utensils, all I dont know but three personally grabbed. Coincidence maybe, now this all could possibly be overlooked by a customer. If the establishment was short staffed but not the case. Infact seemed over staffed, with the addition of management in house. In my opinion not acceptable because of this "again if short staffed one might overlook this. Due to me personally being in this particular property here and there since roughly 2004 never felt anything negative to say obviously why is still stop in on occasion. But if this is the way of business is now, I have not stepped foot in here for at least a year and a half until now. I dont think Ill bee back again, maybe it was a bad day or its been going on. But its just a personal opinion and personal observation.
