Terrible service. As you are escorted when you walk-in, the stone faced Chinese lady seems to look constipated and walked straight to a table in the corner and put the folks and spoons and asked "What Drinks?". I said diet coke with easy ice, she didnt understand and just walked away and told another stone faced waiter to go and continue. During our dining, the waiters constantly keep walking around your table and staring at your face and gives dirty looks. The food was costly than other chinese buffet, drinks are separate charge. You end up spending $15/person for terrible service. Food was OK, not that great and not much of a variety. The food plates were dirty and floor and restrooms were filthy. Will never go there again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to love this place as a child. However, after going back as a young adult, it is awful. The service was terrible. It is overpriced for the quality of food. Also, I found a hair in my food and they did NOTHING about it. I politely said something to the waitress and she responded as if it was casual. They even tried to charge us about $14 for the plate of food I had with the hair. After finding that, I lost my appetite and did not want to eat any more. Luckily, we asked them to comp my meal charge and they had no problem with it. It was almost as if it was a common occurrence. Do yourself a favor and find a better Chinese-American place... wont be returning here again..

I dinned at this restaurant this evening, and the only positive thing that i have to say is that the soda was cold and fizzy. The service was rude, the food on the buffet was out too long that was becoming crusty and unappealing. There was a lack of selection. The name of the restaurant dont fit the size of the buffet table. I will not go there again & I strongly urge every that is considering this place to dine to look in to other options such as hometown buffet, pizza buffet, & Hibachi Grill & Supreme Buffet.

If you dont know what you want and are hungry, never forget the Chinese Buffet! This one has a nice Sushi Sampling, Chicken Wings, Regular Smoked Meats, Shrimp and the normal sampling of Chicken, Pork and Steak. New Super China Buffet keeps their prices low with Lunch around $10 and Dinner around $12 which is a steal for the quality and variety of food available. They are always very nice, the place is clean and the food is always hot and fresh. I would strongly recommend this place if you enjoy Chinese Buffets.

GROSS!! Havent been there in years, went back because they are under new management.. looking forward to food poisoning symptoms.. my wife went to the bathroom said there wasnt any soap to wash her hands and that the greeter just left the bathroom.. as I look over at the greeter she is wiping her hands on the seat of her pants.. staff were coughing, sneezing, and you guest it, grabbing the latel to move the food around to make it look fresh?. I dont think anything will ever take us back there again..

Its a buffet with moderate flavor...but the service here is just sad. Every single person who works here, from the lady who seats you, the servers and the kitchen staff are all miserable, sad faces, as if they are being held hostage and forced to work. The hostess/seater is sucking her teeth as if she has something stuck in hem...and its my 5th time here, and its always the same scene. Honestly, my 9 year old likes it hear...I mean, what kid doesnt like a buffet. ..but I try to avoid this place.

This place is awesome. It may not meet to all persons standards, but my family craves this place. Most pay $10 for a McDonalds meal, why not try something different? The staff is wonderful and very attentive. The food is always fresh & the cook is always making sure all items are fully stocked. You can enjoy Chinese and Sushi - as well as a dessert bar with fresh fruit. When we want Chinese food, this is where we always go in Phoenix, AZ.

Depends on which type of Americanized Chinese food you prefer. This is a tasty one for this style. Clean and not all of the dishes tasted the same. Throw in the Chinese style buffet "sushi" & its a great deal. Choose from your standard fare, fish, some american kid type foods, sushi, and generic salads and desserts - all you can eat. Great for a big appetite and/or - lots of variety on one plate.

Appalling place... so many areas need improvement that I need to be paid to explain it. I want at least 100 bucks to help this place from closing down or being closed down. For that money, I will provide a thorough review explaining how this type of place ought to present its restaurant. No stars...no tip... and certainly no recommendation from me.

Pretty disgusting food. Me and a few friends came on a less busy night and dont get me wrong, the service was great but the food was all sitting out for what seemed to be hours. The orange chicken was ALL fat and ice cold. I thought the desserts would at least be edible but they tasted gross as well. High hopes for this place but was let down

I would put no stars if I was able! We showed up 45 minutes before closing and they were sweeping and mopping around us while we ate the food was stale and disgusting!! After we were done eating and so disappointed we went and read the reviews and this place got people sick numerous times, food poisoning, thank God we didnt get sick!

We were just looking for a nice night and the only night here at pheonix pretty nice people were nice food was ok and i get the portion i want dont u hate getting a huge meal you cant finish i am glad i got to choose how big my food is the only thing bad is the annoying conversation next to usabout some rattlesnakes or something

We use to go here ALL the time. We moved to another state for 6 years, came back and went there for dinner and sadly enough it wasnt that good. We were Very disappointed. Everyone has different tastes, so you should try it and see if you like it. Please post your thoughts and let others know how your experience their was.

My fiance and i went in for an early dinner (around 3pm). Food wasnt all that hot and server was definitely not attentive. Had to ask a different server for refills. We both have spent all night and today (mothers day) sicker than a dog. Puking, diarea, headache and queezy..... Not a way to spend our weekend.

I got a nice salad, side veggies, egg drop soup, a bunch of sushi, and chicken on a stick. It didnt look like it was sitting out, it was hot and truly delicious! Great price for all of their options, they even have octopus you can eat! The cleanest buffet atmosphere I have ever seen, friendly Chinese staff.

Meats are over cooked , dry and hard. The rice on sushi was hard and chewy. 2 or 3 items on buffet line they were out of and it never came while I was there ..several items looked like it was sitting there for a long time. Their were 4 of us, all were disappointed and I feel like I got cheated out of $54
