The cookies we had are truly good. We enjoyed every one that we bought. Unfortunately, two things keep this Nestle Cafe from reaching a greatness. The prices are extremely high. For the price of two normal sized chocolate chip cookies, you can buy a package of 24 from the store and bake them yourself. Second, we got our cookies to go. And they have nothing for togo cookie orders, not even a box. Frankly at these prices Id expect a sealed container, but they didnt even have like a donut box. They just slid the little tray into a wrapper. In the end, the cookies are good and can be worth s nice break during an extensive outlet shopping expedition. But the issues above keep it from a must visit.

Customer service is unbelievable! I had ordered a cookie cake and went to pick it up, only to find every single road to the store blocked off by police for Final Four traffic. I didnt see any option but to cancel my order & remain cookie-less because I had no way to get there, but the man who answered asked where I was & said to pull over (we were by the high school) and he would bring us the cookie cake in the Nestle van. Sure enough, he showed up about 12 minutes later and we were on our way with no disappointed recipient! They came through in a seemingly impossible situation, I will always go here bc my BF loves cookie cake so I have to get them several times a year!

There were flies in the glass desert case with the cookies. We pointed it out to one of the employees, and he was very dismissive. He pretty much said that they cant help that there are flies, because the doors are always open. He also said that there are fly traps in the case. Really? Health violation much? Then, he tried to get the flies out by swinging his hand inside the case. He gave up after he got one out. The other fly was "too small." Then, he had the nerve to ask if he could interest us in some freshly baked cookies. Yeah, we walked out.

The staff is always friendly, and helpful. Its like "Cheers", where everyone knows your name, because they always call us by name. The smell of chocolate his you when you walk in the door. Always clean. Do yourself a favor and try some of the savory food items too!
