Worst service ever! Ordered 6oz sirloin and eggs. Sirloin came out as a Ribeye, and the meat was gritty and fatty. Server didnt come back until we were done eating. Only refilled drinks onceour entire visit. It was so hot in the establishment that there was no ice in our drinks- it melted instantly. Yes, they were busy but that is no excuse! There also seems to be no method of team work on the serving team. No one checked on us after someone else brought us our food. The young lady who brought us our food dropped it off and ran. Our order didnt even come out at the same time. Mine came out a few minutes later. Finally when Chelsea handed us the check, a nice $21 charge was on it for the ribeye. I told her I ordered the sirloin and eggs, and not the ribeye and she said, "well-did you eat it?" So rude!!!! Of course I ate it because #1) I didnt want to wait longer for my food #2) she was no where to be found after she took our order! Then, she Did not adjust the bill and did not apologize for making a mistake! I will never go back. I was a server for 5years through college and it was great money. So my only tip for Chelsea and lone Spur is: Try to get a bigger waiting room, hire nicer people, and make sure they know what customer service is! Mediocre food or excellent food is ruined by horrible service.

Was there with wife and son ( active duty Marine - on leave ) came to Peoria location and sat for 30 mins waiting on food I finally asked waitress about our meals since 2 other tables had been served and they came in after us, she replied I will check on it 5 mins later came back and said it was in the window but had gotten cold. They would remake it if we wanted them to, REALLY how do you let food sit there and get cold DOES THE COOK NOT NOTICE THIS ? Or how about the waitress when she picks up the food for table next to us who came in after we did, doesnt that give you a clue. VERY BAD ON BOTH EMPLOYEES ... Talked with another family who was leaving same issues. Cold food served to them and food incorrectly made. OH and dont forget no hash browns or apple juice , sorry. WTH This place wont last long. VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!

On any typical day this is the place to go food is wonderful and prices are reasonable however I was disappointed today being it was mothers day understanding there would be a wait I feel as though the staff was completely unorganized when we had arrived we were told the wait would be about 20 minutes I had asked about outside seating and was told it would be just a few minutes after 40 minutes of waiting and asking a few times how many people were ahead of me just to get an estimate of time i felt we were ignored after an hour of waiting and just seeing people being called for seating who arrived after us I decided to leave being the manager did not care about the situation and i felt the wait time would just continue to get worse. Needless to say no mothers day breakfast and three hungry grumpy kids thanks Lone Spur

The food is good. Havent had a bad meal ever. However service leaves a bit to be desired. When they first opened, service was fantastic. Now, not so much. We sat for 15 minutes before anyone even looked at us. Yes they were busy. Thats no excuse. I used to be a server. It makes a world of difference to at least be acknowledged. Servers must have walked by at least 20 times without so much as even eye contact. That takes work! It comes from management. The manager didnt even speak to us until saying goodbye on our way out the door. It doesnt take much to create an environment of service. People understand busy. They dont accept being ignored. It is unfortunate that such a good place has such bad service. The one in Prescott has much better service.

There are no words to describe the awful service from beginning to end. The table was dirty whein we were seated, could not substitute anything on the menu our server was not engaging, my coffee was empty most of the time, my eggs were cold, the server did not check on us at anytime during the meal, and to top it off we asked to speak to the manager but I guess they were too busy. I guess there were a few words to describe my experience. There are too many good restaurants to waste my time going back here. Amendment the GM got back with me so I will give it another go and reevaluate

Stopped in for breakfast. Restaurant had a 15 minute wait but the counter had open seats. Sat down immediately and were ignored from that point forward. Eye contact was made when we sat down but nothing. Attempted to get someones attention but nothing. Other customers came in, were seated and promptly attended to. Still nothing. At the 15 minute mark two customers were seated across from us and given drinks and menus. At 21 minutes we bailed. Not worth your time or money to visit places that ignore customers. Dont waste your money either!

We went here because my wife and I had been to the one in Prescott. It was good but not as good as the Prescott location. Plating is not a strong suit here. Not the most appetizing looking meals. It tasted like they may cut corners on fresh ingredients for a better profit margin. IE: the "Kraft style" processed shredded cheese on top of my breakfast burrito. The service was great though. They were very accommodating with our order modifications and their manager made sure everything was taken care of.

Service was great, but food was pretty bad. I went in for lunch, around 12:00. I am not a picky person and I do not write reviews but I feel I must. I had the french dip. Fries were old and stale and cold, no flavor whatsoever, sandwich was terrible as well, no flavor at all, it was lukewarm. This was my first time going there. I do not believe i will be back. Reminded me of old cafeteria food. Service was great and food was pretty prompt, but the food was terrible. :(

First time visit, ordered med - rare steak; came out looking good, till I cut into it. Raw inside, I sent it back to be cooked longer and the cook argued that I dont know what med - rare meat is. The potatoes came out cold, overall the waitress was great. The food not so much, and to have a cook arguing with a customer, well he wouldnt be working for me thats for sure.

Nice place but food was way below par. Biscuits were too hard to cut even with a butter knife after being soaked in country gravy. The omelette was decent but I couldnt believe how bad and burnt/old the fried potatoes were. Didnt even touch them. I expected someone to ask about my food but I guess leaving 2/3 of it on the plate was not a good enough hint.

This is our second time coming here. Liked it enough the first time to come back today. LOVED it today! I had the huevos rancheros...by far the best I have ever had! Our waitress was friendly and attentative. Highly recommend this place. Havent tried anything other than breakfast yet. I live in Laveen, and its worth the drive over here.
