I have visited this location 3 times and everytime i have waited 30 minutes. First 2 times was in the drive thru. So this time i went inside. When i walked in there was only one couple in the line. I ordered my coffee and waited. The other couple got there order. I watched as all the mobile orders got their coffees, about 10 orders in front of me. Then 20 minutes later another group walked in and ordered. They got there order and i was still waiting. I walked up to the counter and asked where my drink was. I was told that they did not have my sticker and started to make my drink. The only response i got was "sorry, we are trying our best". I get that but when a customer is giving a concern such as that more should be done. I left early enough to go in and get a coffe. I was still late for work. I am going to try a different location.

Every since Starbucks made huge change to their stores in August 2013, the foods and services has been worst and worst. Its no longer a good place to work with laptop and to sit down with clients. I guess they dont want people to stay. They want people to buy and go. With less chairs and slower service line. Its a sign of cutting cost. This place used to be my favorite place for everyday coffee. Time to move on.

Only a penguin would enjoy the 60-64 degree indoor temperature in this store. When asked if the A/C could be turned down, the standard answer from the staff is "Sorry, we have no control over the thermostat...its all controlled by corporate." Really?? Does corporate maintain its CEO Howard Schultzs office temperature at 60-64 degrees?

They just recently remodeled this Starbucks. My favorite new feature of the remodel is their drive thru. Having a drive thru Starbucks close by to me is super convenient! The service here is also very friendly. Great place to just relax with friends or do some homework at.

Location is fine, but the internet is painfully slow. Half the time a leave and just go home to get work done. Theyre a prosperous company...how can their internet suck this bad. Not just this location, either, but in general at several locations.

Great service with extremely friendly people. Coffee was good like always as well. My problem was I ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich with no cheese and it came out almost ice cold with cheese. Would have been a five star raiting otherwise.

This Starbucks just opened a new building in the same Plaza. Much better parking. They have a convenient drive thru as well. Had a customer service fail but the manager was great and handled my complaint extremely well.

Probably the best Starbucks Ive been to. Service is quick and friendly, but most importantly the baristas know how to make drinks. Although the building is tiny, the renovation made it look a lot nicer and professional.

the Saturday girls were rude! There was NO welcome, NO smile and I felt like I was an inconvenience to them! I will NOT be going back to this one on Saturdays! The man was nice.
