Usually enjoy Dutch Bros coffee and their customer service, but not at this location. Placed large order and wasnt handed everything (usually double check before driving off, but got the vibe the cashier was rushing me). Super long line, so parked across the lot and ran over to grab the last coffee from the walk-up window. Tried to quickly flag someone down inside after politely letting the other customers in like know what happened. The customers were nice and understanding, but the staff was rude about it when I finally got their attention. Up until this point, I was understanding... Idk if they expected me to wait another 10 minutes in line while they small talked and ignored me or what? Very unpleasant experience—only morning I can say I wish I had skipped coffee

I typically have very good experiences with Dutch Bros, but this location is very hit or miss. Every other time I visit, it seems as if my drink was poorly made or it is only partially filled. Given I dont notice this until after I drive off due to the sense of urgency the staff has attempting to file everybody out of the drive thru. I understand that its hectic, I also work in the food industry, although I feel for the price of the drinks the customers should be getting their drinks made correctly and with the correct amount. The staff is always upbeat and very friendly which is why I usually dont make a big deal out of little mistakes, but it is continuously happening and I feel it is a problem that needs to be resolved at this location.

Would have rated negative stars, but have to give one in order to review. Had been coming to Dutch Bros since the first store in Scottsdale. I used to enjoy Dutch Bros coffee. Not anymore, you order a 24 of drink they fill it half full. Charge $3.50. I ordered a Mafia style cocoamo tasted like watered milk, no coconut, no chocolate, and no extra shots but was charged $7.00. The young lady that was cashier was chewing gum like a cow chewing cup, with her mouth open. Sorry, but thats not good customer service. Long lines, no constancy any longer no matter what store you visit.

Killer coffee, awesome teas, smoothies, energy drinks - you name it, its here... AND theres plenty of flavors to spice up any of the options - just ask the fantastic staff. Dutch Bros always delivers an upbeat atmosphere and while the lines can be long (be sure to plan ahead) theyre quick, efficient, and always ready with smile. They have snack options too (muffin tops, granola bars (my personal fav) and oatmeal). Been going to Dutch Bros for years, I dont see that stopping anytime soon!!!

Dutch bros makes great coffee at a fair price. I would go here far more often if it wasnt for the nearly guaranteed long line. They have really gotten extremely popular in recent years and as such the line of cars is typically between 5 and 10(!) cars long. They deserve the popularity and do their best to move the line along, but I just wish there were enough locations to reduce the lines.

The people are great and I love the quotes on the walls! I ordered what other coffee chains call a caramel machiato (excuse the spelling) and I got milk and caramel sauce with ice. I am not familiar with DBs esspresso but I learned I need something stronger. Its unfortunate, because I was hoping each and every drink would be their best coffee drink no matter how "mainstream" it is.

This Dutch brothers makes good coffee sometimes I get your drinks wrong and the line sometimes are very long. The thing that Id like the least about this Dutch brothers is that if the line is really long and it puts you in the main road of the mall and youre blocking traffic. This is a good place to get coffee just not the best one because of the quality of service.

Love this location, probably because i live near by, lol. Today, line went super fast, i was all the way on the street, spent only 10 min in line. The window was empty, knocking them down as they arrived. This location rocks.... keep up the awesome customer service. Plus the girls are hotties, topping Bikini Beans, no need for bikinis here. Lol

love dutch bros but be careful with paying with card at this dutch bros. there is a kid there that charged me a 4 dollar tip without asking me on my order and i didnt realize it untill my payment went through, I told him and he tried covering it up with giving me a fully stamped stamp card.for a free cofee. definitely not going back here again.

I wish they had a coffee shop where you could go inside, but the service is amazing, theyre nice, fun, talkative, but also objective in getting you your coffee, they have a nice menu that has the basics but also starts getting fancy. If you ever drive by one of these locations you need to seing through and get some coffee from them!

I love the service and atmosphere at Dutch Bros Coffee, but their product can hardly be described as coffee. Their products are mostly sugar, water, flavoring with a hint of coffee flavor. Almost could be described as a melted milkshake. I like to be able to taste my coffee when I drink it and I barely could.

Everyone working is always happy! Drinks are awesome every time. The only problem I have is the line. It is always so long whether you walk up or drive through. You need at least 30 min plus to get through the line. I still give it 5 stars though because its always a good experience.

First off I havent tried the coffee, I just get the energy Rebel drinks but alot of people go here so it must be pretty good. The Rebel drinks are awesome! This Dutch Bros is one of the bigger ones with the usual happy outgoing crew. Always puts a smile on my face coming here.

The coffee is pretty good! I think better than Starbux... Plus the people are always happy and smiling. You always feel a little happier when you leave.. that could be the coffee, but the chipperness does help.. .. either way great place to drive through!

Friendly, high energy, genuinely nice staff. Always helpful at giving suggestions for a different drink when asked. Drinks are delicious and better than other coffee places around. My kids love it too. Need to get a job there to support the habit.

I just LLLOOOOVVVEEEE the staff. They are top notch when it comes to good customer service. Always polite and upbeat. The caramelizer coffee is my fave. And the coffee cake is on point too. Thank you Dutch Brothers.

Consistent, like all Dutch Bros locations. The biggest advantage is the parking lot used as a line for drive thru. Unlike other locations, the line rarely puts a waiting car in the way of regular traffic.

I love Dutch Bros! Large syrup variety and friendly service. This is my second favorite location, only due to having long lines some times. I do love that this location is close to MCC and the freeway!

It was my first time yesterday and the staff are sooooo friendly!!!! It was a little busy because everyone was there for their morning coffee but they were fast and efficient and my order was perfect!
