Been there a few times to witness CHAOS. The manager, still there, is a kid that is prone to meltdowns. Once I was there with my family and the place was jammed packed. They told me it would be a 45 minute wait. I wasnt irritated but would wait for just cooked chicken. While I was waiting there, people starting getting refunds and the manager was throwing his team under the bus and panicking. They were not making any food or anything. I just grabbed a bag as the manager said just take it. He was literally screaming. Second time, this place still smells like a sewer. Walked in and same manager was there. This time, the girl at the register had hickies all over her neck. They were large and very unprofessional. The manager did not seem to care. The girl at the register had a very bad attitude and was confronted about her professionalism. Not once did the manager care or help with the situation. Overall, enter at your own will. I will be reporting this to corporate.

This is the closest KFC to our house. It has regularly delivered great chicken and service. Recently, I ordered a bucket of extra crispy chicken, but when I got home I was quite disappointed. The chicken was not barely warm and dry. I took the bucket of remaining chicken and my receipt back to KFC the next day and explained my experience. Without any delay, the staff put together another bucket of hot and fresh extra crispy chicken and apologized for the previous substandard order. This 2nd bucket of crunchy goodness represents the Kentucky Fried Chicken I have come to know and love. Thank you Gilbert KFC!

This KFC is one of the best fast food restaurants around town. Other places give you the cold shoulder and just dont seem to care about their customers. However, this stores product quality and customer service surpassed all of my expectations, and I will definitely continue coming here on a regular basis. Its a shame they dont deliver anymore but still FIVE STARS!!!!!

Kfc in Arizona, texas and nevada is ran by a terrible company. Their bottom line is money, quality is something they do not care for. They do the bare mimimum, you dont want to know what it looks like in the back.

They didnt have original ready. My tenders were full of black (dried blood maybe) stuff. They were cold and tough. The mashed potatoes and gravy were hot but old. It will be a long time before I go back.

1 of the cashiers I think was a little rude and acted like she didnt want to provide service. When asked for honey for my biscuits she claims she might forget ask again when order is ready

Food is usually fresh and hot however at almost 4pm the dining room leaves a bit to be desired with unwiped tables and unswept floors. I recommend if you stop here get it Togo.

Rude service, dirty tables in an empty 6pm dinning room. I wont be coming back. Kid at the register wanted to rush me through my order. The restaurant was practically empty!
