WARNING THIS PLACE GAVE ME VERY SEVERE FOOD POISONING on June 1st 2015 which led to 4 ER visits that left me with a $10,000 medical bill and was put on 4 different medications 2 of which were very strong antibiotics and a condition called diversculitis I spoke with the insurance co. Once was asked to email my medical reports and the case would be sent to a insurance adjuster this was 2mos ago I have not heard back from anyone I have called over and over left voicemails sent emails and nothing I am still in pain every morning I cant eat or sleep Right since this happend and the sad part is I didnt even get a sorry from the several people I talked to about this I really hope nobody has this happen to them I wouldnt wish the hell Ive been through on my worst enemy

Went around 8pm it was only me and my friend then some girls sitting at a table by the registers, cashier seemed unexperienced, after placing my order of just 12 wings combo one of the girls goes up to the counter and one of the cooks goes up to her amd they were kissing over the counter no name tags but it was a skinny kid with glasses then after sje left they started making the order waited over 30 minutes for 12 wings next time its b-dubs never again coming to any wingstop location

Really disappointed. When we arrived I was told my total was $25 and change. When I checked my account I was charged $27 and change and never informed of the price change before my card was swiped. We were charged for two extra sides we ordered and werent given them. This was my first and last time ever going to wing stop. Food was not very good and made me sick for the rest of the day! The cashier was very polite but thats the most I can say hats positive about my experience.

Placed an order over the phone for 8 wings and seasoned fries. Only got 6 wings and the fries were cold. In addition I paid for ranch and it wasnt in there. I placed the order 20 minutes before me getting there and I still had to wait another 15 to get my food so I could leave. Not the best experience or customer service to not ever get the order right.

Well I didnt expect all 5 flavors to be stacked into 2 boxes, kinda gross... Paper that someone touched, touching my food. And no I didnt not see anyone wearing gloves.Then the angry lady behind the counter and the guys working were apparently upset, as I heard things like...."well if they would have done their jobs...." . I dont think I will be back.

Worst dining experience to date. Placed my order, waited for AN HOUR and still didnt have food. They said they lost the ticket. Manager refunded money & placed another order, waited for 45 mins and finally gave up and left. Never been more disappointed before. The place was SO disorganized...will not be returning.

Good experiences and regular until my last visit, wont go back. Boneless were definitely raw. When I called to let them know(not looking for compensation) the employee over phone said next time ask for them "well done". I didnt know I needed to ask for well done to get my wings cooked? Its not a steak.

Little pricey and food took a little bit longer than I expected but I dont mind since they are making it when you order it. Still giving it 5 stars because the food was great and staff was very nice. I do recommend and will return. Garlic parmesan is the best.

Great wings. No doubt. But the place is understaffed. The cashier was helping with making wings, packing. And my online order was not ready when I went for pickup. But great wings overshadowed that. Mango Habanero wings are great. Sweet and spicy.

The food is pretty good but the staff here rarely get anything right. Also they are VERY slow. As well as completing orders of people who come in after us before getting to ours. Im going to a different location from now on.
