LOVE the cake batter with graham cracker ice cream; however, I would rate it lower than a 4 only because the last three times weve gotten the "Gotta Have It" size, they gave us hardly any graham cracker topping so most of it was just the ice cream. They should portion the mix-in to the size of the ice cream! I asked for more graham cracker simply because it didnt come with enough and they gladly added it and we didnt realized we were charged the $.50 for an extra mix-in until later...it wasnt extra though! so needless to say, the last three times weve gone we havent had enough mix-in at all and often one of our "Gotta have it" sizes was much smaller than our other one because two different people made it. If were paying for these bigger sizes and mix-ins, we should get the right amount and have some consistency. Overall though, I give it a 4 because we love their ice cream and their customer service is good.

Sure its a little expensive but its coldstone, you get an experience not just ice cream. Ive been going here for a long time and worked there for a year, ive never had a bad experience. It has a great night life and college life. They are open late but speaking as a former employee, be sympathetic and dont run in at 11:59pm and demand to be served, by then they are beginning to close and are exhausted. If you do, you should tip them well. The icecream is great, the workers are young, kind, and helpful. The owners are often there and keep a tight watch on employment. Its a great place for an after date treat too! WARNING FOR ALL NOT USING THEIR HEADS: of course the coffee ice-cream has coffee in it, its coffee ice-cream. My recommendations would be, cookie dont you want some, cake n shake with caramel, and apple pie shakes.

Do NOT order the churro dessert from the terribly-named hot stone menu. They said it would be 5 minutes, which I was fine with assuming it meant I would get a hot/fresh churro. It was neither. The churro was cold and stale, making an otherwise heavenly treat subpar. The service was good and just the ice cream was fine. But I cannot in good faith order my favorite menu item here...and I wonder what other specialty item would be ruined here.

Rare! cold stone is a rare company because they seem to care more about the customer than the bottom line. I have always loved their service and the product is amazing. I recently had a poor experience with an ice cream cake, do to my own actions the cake was ruined and theyhelped me out. 100% satisfied, 100% amazed!

This place really needs some management on staff for each shift. Unorganized staff, not just the trainee. This location is dirty. Bathroom sink falling off the wall. I have never been in a Coldstone that was a hot mess like this one.

Rating this at 3 because the lines seen to ALWAYS be almost out the door, and the takes are typically pretty sticky and gross. But great ice cream, and they give out good coupons in a local coupon calendar.

Ive been to many cold stones and this is one I will never come back. The pecans tasted aged and the cake and the chocolate syrup in the lava cake were so cold that nothing melted as it is supposed to.
