Usually my family goes here after an event to celebrate. Usually it is a good experience, but this last visit was abysmal. The place was so disgusting we left without buying anything. The windows dripped with residue and little kids hand prints. Hair was on the machines, floors were dirty, crumbs on the tables and counters, and everything was just gross. Disappointed and this one experience has made me question ever going back.

We are from California and go to Baskin Robbins weekly. We were up in Utah dropping off one of our kids for college and went to Baskin Robbins in Orem. I have never been more impressed with the friendliness of the staff. I was able to meet the owner who were there and they were just the nicest 4 people I have met! They are 4 siblings who work hard to make everyone happy!!! I cant wait to go back!!!

Baskin Robbins is my jam tho. The ice cream is fire and the American birthday cake flavor almost made me slap my momma. Kailey, Malik and Oakley are good workers and are very nice and never shut the lights off on me. I had great times in this establishment I love baskin Robbins and the children that work there !!!!!!!:)

They sucked me in with their raspberry sour patch flavor of the month. Once I was hooked, they brutally took it away and have not brought it back since. Even with all the pain and heartbreak, I do still enjoy some ice cream from time to time but our relationship will probably never be what it once was.

Bought a cake in march and they messed up!! It had to say happy birthday but instead they put happy anniversary!! And the person who took the order heard me right!! And when i picked it up they took 20 mins!! But other then that there ice creams are so good!

Great experience and customer service. The place could use an update compared to other franchises, but you cant beat the ice cream and friendly staff. Pricing seems to have gone up. There getting close to pricing themselves out of the market.

I usually get the cookie sandwiches here. The cookies always seem fresh, and you can pair them with any flavor imaginable. One of my favorite things is that they always have a special flavor for any upcoming holidays.

I have been going to this BR anytime Im in Orem. The staff is friendly and the location is always clean. Plus, they usually give out coupons with your purchase. I love bringing in the kids in the family for ice cream!

Spent $30 on ice cream And they wouldnt let us use the their bathroom for my 4yr old. So I had him pee on the outside of building in the back. Great policy BR.
