Dont order cakes from this location! I ordered a custum cake from this location a week before my sons birthday party and went to pick it up on the designated date. They said they had no order under my name and sent me on a wild goose chase to figure out if I accidentally ordered it at another location. No one had the cake. I figured out i was at the correct location by looking up the bank reciept for the cake but the party was under way at NikelCity by then. Because Id paid for it with a gift card they would only allow me to take a ready made cake that was a tiny personal sized one! So I had to make due with that and I was livid. They later tried making up for it with a gift card but the damage was done. I had a tiny generic cake instead of my order. To top things off, today, two weeks later, I get a phone call from them saying that they still have my cake order that I was supposed to pick up two weeks ago and they were wondering if I was going to come get it! Im more livid about this now them I was before! Ridiculous customer service. I called to talk to the manager about it today and he didnt even know what to tell me. "If you ever decide to pick up the cake we will hold it here for you." Thanks! :(

Normally I love Coldstone, but we went to this location and had the worst customer service we have ever had. The employees were more interesting in talking about who was texting who last night than they were their job! We spent 3 minutes in a non existant live while three workers talked before addressing us. Then after making our first order they didnt acknowledge that a couple might like two different orders. So my husband had to ask them to make him his order. Afterward we could have left before paying because they left us standing at the cash register for 3 minutes before coming over to ring us up. Im usually forgiving when it comes to the customer service in the food industry, but this was horrible. We complained to the owner because even the manager on during that shift was ignoring the customers. Wonderful way to secure our devotion to Farrs!

Never had such terrible service in my life. I was the only person there and waited for a good five minutes before being served. As I waited, two of the girl employees were chatting with their friend who didnt work there. One of the girls finally asked me if I had been helped and when I said "no" she rolled her eyes and continued to chat with her friend! Another employee finally came and helped, but he wasnt any better. I was going to get an ice cream for myself and my husband, but after he made my husbands I just wanted to get out of there! I will definitely not be visiting this location again.

In contrast to the other reviews here, I actually really like the quality of the ice cream here. Irish cream ice cream with brownie mixed in...mmm, thats good right there! I havent really had any problems with the service, they gave me ice cream, I ate it. I have always liked ColdStone and have never had any bad experience here. My wife and I usually share a child size I think. Yes, the portions are big, but the child size is fine. If you havent tried ColdStone, you have to, its a good experience!

This is not traditional Italian Gelato, which if had most will say is the pinnacle of ice cream perfection. Cold Stone Creamery has a unique style of ice cream and amazing plethora of mix ins. The interesting thing is the texture of the ice cream, it is almost chewy if compared to gelato. Once you get used to that difference you are set. This is the best ice cream in Utah.

Absolutely horrible. They need new management and a whole new crew. I went to Cold Stone after shopping and they skipped me and my boyfriend, not once. but twice. I decided to let this pass as I was standing directly in front of the ice creams ready to be served. The employee completely ignored me and went to the person behind me. Rude. Never go here.

No idea where the waiting line begins or ends. Cashiers will help you when its convenient for them.. and then assist you with a rather sour attitude. I guess you can expect that from teenage employees. Their products were delicious though.. so if you dont care for customer service or confusion, but do mind the quality of product, Cinnabon is for you.

Went here tonight with my husband. The blond girl who helped me was in a huge rush to help her friends that 1. She messed up my order 2. Gave me half a cup and 3. My icecream was supper runny. The other girl who was there tonight gave my husband a great portion and made his as should be. These teenagers need classes on costumer service. Horrible

Nice place to cool down with family, friends or by yourself. They dont offer gelato but it is still pretty good. That is the only reason why I dont give them 5 stars, no gelato, not 5 stars! If you love ice cream like me, then you must stop here! I had the amaretto and salted caramel. I am now wanting more : )

Good ice cream and great options. The service is good, but I got turned off when I could get only a few of the options due to equipment malfunction. Of those options I also ended up getting something I didnt enjoy. When fully operational, it is great.

Ice cream doesnt get much better than Cold Stone. Sweet Cream with raspberries is the favorite choice in our family. Just make sure you tell them to mix the mix-ins really well. And get discounted gift cards from Costco!

Cinnabons are sold here as well, I go on Saturday mornings and buy a box of day olds for $10. It comes with 2 free frostings. You can vut them into bite size squares and freeze them to enjoy them for weeks!

Portions are HUGE! Even the smallest order you can get is enough for two people. It doesnt even taste good. Drink a cup of sugar water and you will feel the same way you would if you ate ice cream here.

Ive had hit or miss experiences with the service at this location in the past but the most recent visits have been positive. The cake batter ice cream is so good Id probably have to go back any way.
