Pei Wei, a nice name simply made of two rhyming and well matching words and they believe that harmony in mind and body begins with eating well. Both table served and takeout, their menu consists of small plates and soup, hand-rolled sushi, rice bowls, Pei Wei Classics, salad bowls, noodle bowls, and kids Wei for children 12 and under. They serve vegetarian and gluten-free upon request. Desserts are assorted cookies and beverages include Beer or wine plus soft drinks and iced or hot tea. You can also order in a Snap with their new APP which in their words it means that the art of ancient Wok Cooking meets modern convenience. The service was great and the food inspired by several Asian cultures was delicious.

Great food, and it was cooked in a great amount of time despite being busy. A little on the crowded side, but most PWs are at major meal times. Its too bad it wasnt constructed bigger to begin with. I love how they have the Freestyle Coke machine! Reasonable prices for the most part. Its great having the option to get brown or white rice, or even lettuce cups. A side of just rice is soooo cheap, unlike a certain panda-themed place. I also like that you have two options for portion sizes. I love taking my family to PW!!

I ordered a rice bowl and didnt realize that it wasnt going to come with steamed veggies, so I went back up to the register to order a side of veggies. Dan told me not to worry about it, and that he would bring them out free of charge, cooked in the sauce of my first order. He was very kind and let me know a cheaper way to order this next time. That was a wholesome customer experience and Im super happy about it. Also that meal was so. good.

Used to love Pei Wei, about 10 years ago. For the past 5 years Ive had to eat gluten free, they used to have several options that I enjoyed. Now there are just a few, and they pretty much taste identical. Not sure why it hasnt retained its original great fresh food and flavors, but it hasnt. It would be pretty easy for them to offer a few more gluten free options, but apparently they dont want to bother. Rarely go any more.

Ive been eating here a couple times a week for several years. I have rarely had a bad meal. Id say they get my food right about 19 out of 20 times. Perhaps they had a bad stretch when these other reviewers visited, but the entire staff has changed over in the past year and the staff is everything at restaurants. Daily lunch is a full house so expect a wait around noon.

Never come here on a Sunday night. They got my order wrong .... came back and reimbursed for the order which was nice. ..... but had to wait another 20 min after arriving to the take out section. I had to remind the manager that I havent gotten my food yet. And finally it was expedited. No space to wait for food and lack of communication among the team.

AND I encourage anyone else who thinks the Company did the right thing to solicit them as well!!! Wonderful manager and exquisite customer service! My order got messed up and I couldnt go back because I was on my lunch break. He Took care of my issue right away no hassle. Above and beyond great! A bit of a long wait which kinda cut into my break ...But my food was fresh! Most importantly! Ill use the app to preorder next time

Take out often cold. They cook well ahead of time and put them on a metal shelf so if you arrive as scheduled the food often needs a zap in microwave to decongeal it. Otherwise friendly, and if you arrive 15 minutes early, or schedule it 15 minutes later, it all works out.

Very good management! I have found my to-go order had a hard rice and not enough sauce at all. I called them back and they offered to give me another order. It was well received and well replied too. I would go back to this place again.

Dirty, floors were filty, Employees were cleaning vents above the cooking surface during open hours. Extra plates were dirty. Mens bathroom sink is broken (Where are employees washing their hands after using the restroom?)

Ive noticed pei Wei has a consultancy problem depending on what location you visit. In other words sometimes its not good. This location is ALWAYS good. Ill drive past other pei wei restaurants to get to this one.

They really need to change their cooks they have Mexicans cooking Chinese I usually get Kung pao beef they give you a few pieces of meat and a ton of rice quit jipping people out of meat make the change please
