This location only gets one star because it wont allow me to do zero. I love Taco Bell way more than Del Taco but next time Im in the area looking for a quick Mexican food option I will be going to Del Taco. We went to this location tonight and the workers did not want to be there. They kept complaining. The lobby was a mess. Every table was dirty. Instead of cleaning the tables, the girl that was working was sitting and talking with her friends in the lobby. We get in the car to eat and the food was horrible. I went to pull out the first item and it was not wrapped completely. Half of it fell into the bottom of the bag. The burritos were not wrapped like a burrito. They slapped the ingredients on and left it like a soft Taco. The crunchy Taco was broken in so many pieces I was unable to pick it up. I had to eat it like I would a salad. I will be spending tonight cleaning out my car from all the ingredients that fell to the ground because the food was not prepared correctly. We will never be eating at this location again and we will tell our friends not to as well.

Taco Bell. Dry beef. Dry beans. Put a little water in it and stir it around, for crying out loud. Couldnt even eat my Nachos they were so bad. And next time someone asks for no tomatoes, and you miss it on your screen, dont pick them off the item and send it out. Remake the damn item! Also, dont roll your eyes at people who call you on it. Great service at the counter, but your line-workers need to step their game up.

The towels in the shower smelled like mildew or old body funk. The TP dispenser was crammed in the narrow space with the throne, so there was no room to wipe, and a TA rag looks like a Flying J rag now. No stool in the shower either. To top it off, a member of the Burger King staff nearly gave me food poisoning thanks to her apathy. Good thing I was watching her. Store gets two stars for being clean and well stocked.

UPDATE: its been 6 days still waiting for them to call to pull the truck in. Of course Im no longer there. Called @ 2:30 pm to be ETAed to check front end was told 7pm. Ok. Check in at 5pm. Told a couple hours. Its now 09:00 the next day and still nothing. This shop has some major issues with its personnel. Its not even that there were tons of trucks in front of me. No trucks moved in or out of the shop for 7 hours.

Had emergency wheel seal replacement, these guys were great, took me into the shop real fast, and repaired that wheel seal on my trailer... did not charge me anything they were not supposed to charge. and did it pretty fast. I am very pleased with this location and I will come back for sure.

Always out of stock on a lot of items, and night crew is lazy and dont seem to give a Damn about anything, this goes for fuel desk AND service desk techs and the wait for something as simple as a trailer DOT sticker is stupid long rivaling the DMV in Los Angeles.

Tried to get in the garage to have some work done. The bdays were empty, but was told I would have to wait on second shift to look at my truck. Roughly 4 hours or more away. I left and went on down the road. Limited parking with a lot of dropped trailers.

Convenient location and decent prices for highway gas. Problem is, the service attendants couldnt figure out how to run the new Shell FRN program. Took me 30 minutes to fill up when it shouldve only been 5 minutes.

Showers were not up to TA standard, the black shower curtain had some nasty white stains. Shower had brown stuff on floor corner. Also face cloth was so stained I couldnt bring it to my face.
