Cafe Rio has terrible customer service. The first time I went there it was very disorganized and they messed up my familys order and we reminded them multiple times and ended up with our meal. Since the place was only open for a month I thought they were still training and trying to get a hang of things so this time when I came back I expected a more professional and organized environment but I was wrong. This time was worse. I stood in line for over 20 minutes and had my order mixed up with the family behind me. Then they had not added the necessary sides with the order and I had to remind them multiple time and they still messed up our order. When I got home, both of the Quesadillas had burnt bread and the meat was all on one side. Also they forgot the Guacamole and Sour Cream. The assembly line had no communication and were trying to figure out orders while we were waiting to pay. Overall I will NEVER EVER go back to any Cafe Rio location. I am very disappointed in the whole service, food and environment of the location. I ADVISE YOU TO NEVER GO THERE.

Café Rio has been a great place to go get wonderful food for our family for many years. This particular location has been an absolute nightmare! We have been there 3 times and every time we go something has been wrong with our order or the food has been horrible! Café Rio in Utah and the other locations in Arizona should be embarrassed from this one location because this is definitely not what anyone should expect from them. 1. Wrong food in our order. 2. Our order was short food we paid for. 3. Order shorted again and chicken burnt so bad you couldnt eat it. Manager at this location the evening of 12/21/2016 could care less after bringing it to her attention. Told to talk to GM the next day.

Wow!! The energy and attitude of this places needs to change. Hands down the worst cafe rio Ive ever been to. Not only because they out of queso for chips and queso, but their attitudes here are terrible. The manager needs to look in the mirror and change some things here. I count seven people right now, not a smile on their face or a nice or proper greeting to any customers.

I was a Costa Vita fan. At Costa Vita they are cheep on the meat. Cafe Rio was a great experience. Service was excellent and friendly. They gave us extra sauce to try because it was out first time and the portions of meat are much better. I will return to this location and try others. Sorry Costa Vita! You lost a customer.

Ive never put a bad review in before. They got our order wrong, gave us the wrong change back, and barely put enough meat in the tacos, it was just slapped on there and falling apart. Not worth our money. I would of rather went somewhere else and this location is brand new. Im disappointed, we wont be going back there again.

This is my first time at Cafe Rio. The food was very tasty, but the place was filthy (behind the counter and in the dinning area). There wasnt a clean table in the place and the staff member sweeping the floor seemed completely uninterested in what she was doing. Such a shame!

Good quality food. The taco shells are better than most for restaurants in this price range. The sweet pork and shredded chicken are both good. The staff was a little sloppy and slow last visit. I have been to this location 4 or 5 times now.

I have eaten at several Cafe Rios in the valley and have always had a good experience but not so at this location. I have been here twice and while the food was good the service sucked. It seemed like no one liked working there.
