I used to work here about two years ago. Back then the food was alright, but what I really didnt like was how petty and rude my coworkers were to me and to customers. After I stopped working there I came back pretty often for lunch to see the few friends I made and because I sincerely enjoyed the food. Over the years Kneaders has become progressively lacking in quality and the employees have been worse than ever. Every time I order a panini, the meat is raw on the inside. Their drinks have a strange aftertaste and Im convinced that it has something to do with the cups they use. One top of that the portion sizes have gotten smaller and smaller while the prices remain ridiculously expensive. Today was the last time I pay for their food. Last weekend my family had lunch and we ordered their Parmesan chips only to receive barely a few ounces worth equivalent to a childs handful. I mention this to the cashier today as I was getting lunch and she was very gracious, mentioning that they have been getting these complaints. Later, as I was presented my food, another employee from the back starts chastising me for asking for more chips, insisting that they have always portioned their amount of chips and that I would have to pay even more next time if I made that request again. After that, I check my bag. Barely a third of it had chips, which was only a tiny bit more than last weekends. These chips are expensive, and once again they cheaped out. Im so done with this place. Its really a shame too because I actually like their food when its done right. But Ive been ripped off by this store over and over, and the employees have been terrible. My advice? Go to Maglebys. They have a similar menu and you actually get what you pay for.

The food is great and always tastes fresh and wonderful. The staff on the other hand is hit or miss. There are a couple of employees that are rude, I used to work of a company up the road and would stop here often on my break and buy quite a bit for the team I was on. One of my pregnant co-workers wanted soup, just soup. No biggie right? So I asked for just a side of soup which apparently cant be done. That is fine, but being belittled and being mad to feel stupid wasnt the most pleasant way to start my day especially when I didnt know your menu is so "particular", thank you for clarifying that XD Also asked for an iced coffee recently, got it hot, and let them know I asked for it iced. The girl that gave it to me just said "okay". What does that even mean? I waited for her to simply pour it over ice, but I guess thats my job. . . ? She just walked away! Love the other locations but myself and others I know wont go to this one for obvious reasons, theyre always slow at this location as well. Honestly these were great stories to tell at the office. Gave us quite a few laughs.

My husband and I decided to go to Kneeders for some french toast. We decided to go through the drive-thru. After waiting 15 minutes to order, we were told that they were no longer serving breakfast (it had just turned 11), and they offered us other options instead. Cutting our losses, we went with cinnamon rolls. It took us another 30 minutes to get to the window. When we told the cashier that we were in line before 11, she said that her headset had died, and she was unaware that anyone was in the drive-thru. Instead of offering to still serve us breakfast, she handed us our cinnamon rolls. My husband later found a piece of plastic inside his cinnamon roll. Overall, the service was terrible and the food was not worth the 45 minutes in line. I do not recommend this restaurant for breakfast.

I was excited to eat here but the cashier seemed impatient and I asked what was in the butternut squash soup and he looks at the menu and says, "I dont know, its new." I then ask him if he can find out. What I really wanted to know is if the soup had dairy in it but the lady that he asked said she couldnt disclose that information. What kind of restaurant does that? So I ask, "What about the people who cant eat dairy?" They both just look at me like, "ummm..." I then say, "Never mind, Ill just go somewhere else." Terrible/impatient service here and not helpful for those who have food sensitivities! I will not be going back to Kneaders.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Took ten minutes for the car in front of me to get their food (just me and then, no one was inside). When I pulled up, the drive through associate was rude. Took another 10 minutes to get my food to the window, which was odd since it was just one sandwich. I saw the sandwich maker throwing my bag around to the other workers there because he didnt want to have to hand out the food. Then the drive through woman tossed my food to me and shut the window. Superb customer service. I will never be going again for overpriced food and awful employee attitudes.

Pros: Delicious Food Cons: They got the order wrong 3+ times They served a couple people in our group at a time each about 10 minutes apart They forgot to bring out food that we ordered They pieced together food scraps in order to deliver our orders (Im assuming because they were running out of food) They ran out of pickles for our orders and didnt offer to replace it with something else Overall: I would go again, but just because the food was so good. I might try a different location. Chef/manager/servers need to get their act together and get organized.

We used to love kneaders. Always had good good and service. For about the past few months it has gone downhill fast. Food is no longer fresh. Lettuce , the small amount on our sandwiches, was brown and wilted . We asked for mustard and I think they put almost half a bottle on our 2 sandwiches. Only half years sandwich had cheese and turkey. What has happened kneaders??? For now on well just go to Baked.

I love kneaders and their customer service. They honestly do a great job with maintaining the facility and taking care of their customers. Their food is pretty good, but not worth how much you pay. I was stoked to try their french toast last weekend and it did not live up to the hype! Overall, still a great place to eat. Just a bit pricey.

Nice quiet Kneaders! I think people forget about this location and so it is a lot less busy than the other provo location. Good all you can eat french toast. I do recommend corner bakery cafe though in orem. Its just up the road and I enjoy it more than kneaders. Both are great bakeries though.

Great tasting food. I usually get the Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich. Only downside to these amazing TBA sandwiches is that no one at Kneaders knows how to put a functional sandwich together. Every time I get the sandwich it falls apart as soon as I pick it up. Every. Single. Time.

I love how Kneaders is just like Zupas now. They charge more and give you less. It use to be when you ordered the French dip you would get a lot of roast beef on your sandwich. Now they put a layer on as thin as the cheese. Same price less meat, way to cut costs Kenaders.
