To be fair, the food is OK. Or maybe after waiting an hour everything tastes OK. However, this is probably the worst service I have ever experienced. On the first visit, I cut them some slack because it was three weeks after they opened. I assumed they were working out the kinks. I waited an hour for a basic burger and fries. I witnessed people walk out of the restaurant due to the long wait. On the second visit, 3 months after opening, I walked in... pleasantly surprised that there were open seats. My party sat down and waited to be greeted. And waited, and waited. Despite 5 different servers and a manager being less than 5 feet from where we were seated (the bar next to the registers and close to where the serving staff were fixing drinks and chatting), no one even greeted us.. we waited 10 minutes with about 5 staff coming within 3 feet of us and making eye contact.. A simple, "Well be with you shortly," would have kept us there longer. But, after the first horrid experience we left. We left feeling very unwelcome, and cheated that we wasted our precious time. I WANTED to support this place. There are so few food options in Pell City, but they have made it very hard to give them our money. I will not be back. If you want to wait an hour for a par burger and want to be treated like you are unwelcome in a restaurant, this is your place. If you want to be respected and receive prompt service and attention, check out Aztecas, Zaxbys, Chic Fil A, Pell City Steakhouse, Bojangles, Sonic, or any of the other restaurants in Pell City. They seem to have mastered not making their patrons feel like they are an inconvenience. Skip HWY 55 to save yourself a headache.

My wife and I went for a quick lunch on March 17 around 12 pm. When we arrived we sat down and a waitress told us shed be right back with menus for us. We waited a couple of mins and no menus so my wife got up and got us a couple. We waited for the girl to return and after about 10 mins a manager came to deliver the food of the gentlemen behind us and when we tried to get his attention he kept on walking. After siting there for about 10 mins a waitress came by when we stopped her she informed us that it was not her section and could not help us but our waitress would be by soon. After sitting for about 15 mins with no service we walked out. We will never return to this establishment again.

If I could put less than one star, I would. The staff moved at a snails pace. The server we had didnt seem to know the menu hardly at all. When we were told they were out of shrimp, they werent very apologetic or offer any alternatives. I didnt get the fries that I was told came with my meal and when I asked for them from the girl who brought us our food, I was treated with attitude. The chicken we ordered tasted like old, burnt oil which I can only assume is from them not changing the grease out all day long. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

We had the original Andy Burger combo (1 with fries and 1 with rings) They were excellent! We added the Jalapenos to the burgers and this sent them over the top!! The service was excellent(This was a Monday). We were greeted when we came in. The Waitress was very efficient and helpful. She even gave us a sample spoonful of the ice cream they serve. beat the heck out of any fast food that is for sure!!) Next time it is the cheesesteak and Milk shake(The ice cream was very good as well.).Definitely a repeat visit is in order!!

First, the aesthetic is awesome, think Johnny Rockets, but a more comfy vibe. Second, the service is great! Friendly people who are enjoying their work and happy to help. And lastly, the food. I am not incredibly picky, but I dont like to go to random restaurants on a whim due to not knowing how good the quality of food will be. Theirs is amazing! Burgers that taste awesome, and deserts that are top notch. Super happy I took the risk, because its now on my "I must stop here when I am in the area" list of restaurants! :)

Worst burger: bacon was wadded up like a golf ball and every bit as hard as one. Lettuce was literally white and the tomato was on the other side of the burger. Fries were cold. The chili cheese fries were cold- from the fries to the cheese sauce as well as the so-called chili. Im not even going to dignify the so-called cooks attitudes with a response. "Matt" and "Michael " (the cashier, wasnt sure of the cooks name as he was from a different store). Either way it was terrible and we couldnt eat it.

Im from NC so Hwy 55 (used to be Andys Cheesesteaks) has been one of my favorites since it opened way back. Ive been to this new location in Pell City 3 times since it opened (2 or 3 weeks ago) and placed to-go orders. Ive had to wait over 30 minutes each time!! The food is as good as I remember in NC but the service is SLOW! With the 8 or more waitresses bumping into each other in this small establishment, one would expect much faster service. I think Ill take my money back to 5 Guys!

The food is amazing, but I think this is more of a takeout place. Ive been here maybe four times. Three out of the four times, Ive just come in for takeout. Each time Ive seen terrible customer service for people sitting down to eat their food. You have to seat yourself and then they take forever to come and give you menus and offer no apology to anyone seen walking out of the door due to their wait time. Wouldnt recommend anyone wanting good customer service.

My new favorite place to eat in Pell City. The burgers are AMAZING. All of the staff are very friendly and make sure you have a great experience there. I love the environment, its a good place where you can take the whole family to have good, high quality food. Id definitely recommend people to go eat here. I love the way the place is set up too! Absolutely Love Hwy 55

INCREDIBLY GOOD! Best burger I have ever had in my life. I have had a cheeseburger in every part of every state and this was by far the best one I ever had. We stopped here en route from Oklahoma to Florida. Both the food and the service of this restaurant was absolutely outstanding. Hwy 55 is a MUST STOP for any road trip near it....it is worth the detour.

This place was amazing in every way!! The crew and manager was very nice and helpful, the restaurant from clean prospective was just immaculate. The triple cheeseburgers was big and juicy with a great taste.the cheese steak sandwich let us speechless and the shrimps were just unbelievable. Hotdog Kids meal was great and dessert was really .

The food is always good. This visit only one server. She had 5 tables and ran register. It wasnt clean. The ladys room was out of. order and mens room needed cleaning. No and noone helped her with tables. There were 3 people standing near grill area and storage/office area. She did a great job. I visited 6/25/17
