My family visited the Cozy Table on 1/24/16. We had eaten there several times in recent years. Normally the food is passable with generous portions, but during our most recent trip, the experience was terrible. Every meal that included hot food was served cold. Upon further inspection we found the meat in our sandwiches to be gray (both beef and turkey). At checkout we were asked how our meal was. We explained our disappointment in the food, and the cook was summoned from the kitchen. The first words out of his mouth in an angry tone were, "Whats your problem?" After sharing our experience he said, "thats how it supposed to look, I just cooked it the other day." Without an apology he reached for our payment, ran the card and walked away. Based on our previous experiences, we planned to give the Cozy Table another try until we met the cook. If the food is cold, old, and bland, the place can get a second chance. But if the cook is rude to us, we will go somewhere else.

This is a great little local restaurant. The food was delicious, huge portions, and reasonably priced. We ate both breakfast and lunch here. At lunch the vegetable beef soup I ordered tasted like something I would whip up at home. Delicious and very homemade. Their omelets are wonderful, pancakes excellent, I dont have anything negative to say about this place.

Lets start with how nice our waitress was! I never asked for a refill, she brought us to-go drinks without us asking, and always made sure we were taken care of! The food was not only DELICIOUS but came in hefty portions. It was clean and tidy with a cute design. I will definitely be coming back the next time I come through Bloomington again! (:

Stopped by on my way to Tennessee. The food portions were a great size, the staff was more than kind and the food was delicious. A great place to stop by if you are in town. The interior needs some cleaning and fixing up. The door at the entrance was broke and the booths were stained, but other than that, it was a good first impression.

Great breakfast spot, now that they dont have the TV blaring all the time. The food is decent quality, served fast and friendly. Prices are good and portions healthy. Ive never had bad service here. I look forward to trying the rest of their menu sometime, but breakfast is consistently pretty great.

I take the ladies I work with to Cozy Table on Thursday mornings... We always get something from the black board. The wait staff are awesome... I want to pick on one wait staff in particular Kathie... She always is laughing with the ladies.... thank you cozy table for always making our days fun.

I got the crepes while my friend got the Cozy sampler. The crepes were dry and lukewarm. I tried everything on their sampler because its hard to mess it up. Everything lacked much taste. The only redeeming quailty of the place was their greek inspired decor.

This is the best breakfast youll find in town. Its a diner style place with great tasting food, not overly expensive. You get great portions so if something is pricey, its probably worth it. Service is always quick, and servers are nice.
