First & foremost, this restaurant location is rockin & rollin with fresh, delicious food for a customers stomach and ears. The interactions with the serving staff here are very personable. I frequently dine here and because of them seeing me at least 2-3 times a week, they know me by name & are able to recall what I usually order. The reason I chose to describe the dining experience as "rockin and rollin" is because they have hired local guitarists to perform during the lunch hours. The guitarists that Ive heard at this location are open to taking song requests and if they are unfamiliar with how to play a song request, they learn it just about overnight & perform that song the next day. Overall, my mid day dining experiences have been sweet and superb.

We never have a good experience at this location....and we have been there a lot. It is our neighborhood Potbelly. The food is fine by default...but the staff always seems to be miserable. Its not just one staff member either. The whole line always seems to treat my wife and I with disrespect. I have to believe it is due to poor leadership breeding deep seeded disgust in their staff and it gets pointed towards the customers. If you need a quick sandwich...the location is doable. If you want to have a good day and value human beings treating other human beings with kindness and respect....STAY AWAY!

The sandwiches here are great, especially the bread that they use! I come here almost every month for a quick lunch, ad it never disappoints. The soups are warm, and the shakes are good no matter what the flavor. The staff is usually friendly and it only takes about 5 minutes for the sandwich to get ready. Would definitely recommend.

Asked for easy mayo on my sandwich and was very polite about it. The guy working there put a lot of mayo on the sandwich which wasnt a problem. The excess mayo can easily be removed from the sandwich, not a big deal except he threw a fit when I asked him to do so and started throwing things around. Not cool.

Worst experience!! I should have walked out when the man addressed me as a guy and refused to correct himself. Burned my daughters bread. Cashier explained a bigs was 30% more bread not meat and toppings. Coffee shake did not like coffee and had to request more syrup.

Employees are rude....service is terrible ALL the time and my orders are always wrong.. not worth the visit..even though its the neighborhood sandwich joint. Needs new management desperately!!!

Cold weather and warm sandwich. Hot weather and warm sandwich with their Oreo shake. Potbelly has never been less than a delightful sandwich. Sandwiches can never go wrong potbelly style.

I have not been back here for a very very long time because the last time I went the employee who was at the cash register was really rude so I dont go here anymore and too any pot belly.

Shake was great , Service was great. I would love if the shakes have wider straw its really hard to get a lot of shake out of the tiny straw. But otherwise It was great
