When we arrived no one was in line. They seemed generally understaffed in the front end. All teas were out. When we asked if they had lemonade contains they said they had lemonade... but were out of half gallon containors. Not a big deal. We were ordering for 8 people and so got the 16 piece meal. The girl never asked how we wanted the chicken(grilled, original, or crispy). Off she ran to fill the order. The people behind us decided it wasnt worth it and left to go to the Auburn location. My mother at this point tried to call the girl back over to say how she wanted the chicken(half original, half extra crispy). She apparently did not hear her. An older lady helping fill orders behind the counter nudges the girl and says that she thought we said something. The girl who took our order shrugged and muttered something we could not hear. At this point I notice that no one behind the counter is wearing gloves. The box is sitting in front of the workers, but absolitely no one is wearing them! Disgusting! Finally, the girl finished filling out order and set it on the counter. She placed the full 16 piece and all the sides and biscuits in 1 clear plastic bag. The bag was bulging everywhere and we were afraid the bottom would burst! Every other location has put it in two bags. My mom at this point asks if she was able to get it the way we wanted. The girl is obviously biting back her frustration and takes it behind the counter and hollars to us that they only have 3 pieces of extra crispy. My mom says that its fine and we get out order back. My mom apologizes for being difficult and the girl brushes it off and says, "oh its okay." Worst KFC experience we have ever had.

This is a terrible restaurant that often doesnt have nationally-advertised menu items, runs out of signature dishes (like extra crispy) or constantly goofs up orders by giving customers the wrong items or burns the food. Once, they badly messed up by giving us a bucket filled with biscuits instead of chicken and instead of crediting our card, they promised us a free meal the next time we were in (we had already arrived at home and were in no mood to drive all the way back in to replace the order). A month later (and our very next visit), instead of giving us the promised food, they claimed someone had already used the credit. They also said that they wouldnt have given us the food for free anyway and instead would have just given us credit for a couple pieces of chicken. I suggest fans of KFC (or food in general) avoid this place until the words "Under New Management" appear on their sign.

Once Again for at least the 5th time KFC in Angola, was out of chicken strips before 8:00 P.M. and has decided that they wont make any more even though they are open until 9:00. Seriously??? We have basically been turned away from this restaurant at least 5 times now because they didnt have any chicken strips at the late hour of 8:00 P.M. Told my wife they won t have any popcorn chicken until next Tuesday! Not sure why they close so early either. I dont know how they stay in business. Love the food - Hate this restaurant!

KFC is an interesting place. The food is good and the people are mostly friendly. I have seldom had a bad experience in the 4 years I have been going there. The people are generally eager to help and serve you and the food is usually fresh. All in all, its a 4/5, there is room for improvement in the cleanliness department and in a Manager named Brandons customer service skills, but it is still an enjoyable stop for the whole family. I would defiantly recommend it.

Terrible! I was told that in order to get extra crispy I needed to call 45 minutes before hand. Why is it every other KFC I visit this is not a issue? Its on the menu, They should have it available. All the other ones do.I now go to Auburn. They have it available at all times. Auburn even has a buffet!

What youd expect from a fast food place. Lines run a little slower from normal though. If you come to kfc and want to buy more than $10 worth of food, expect to wait up to a 1/2 hour. Needs better management, more staff.

This particular KFC has never had whatever we order. Usually they tell us the truck is due "tomorrow". Kind of like its OUR fault. Its certainly not THEIR fault, just ask them.
