This KFC is usually sub-par at best. Most of the workers just dont care about the store or the customers area. Ive come in several times to find all the tables in the dining room dirty, food all over the floor in front of and behind the counter, and the drink station is chaotic and sticky. The food is its only saving grace. Ive never gotten anything over cooked or cold. Might be best to stick to the drive-thru..!

Once again a horrible experience. I gave the lady my order and was able to pull up. There were 3 cars ahead of me and I waited 10 minutes in that time the line did not move so I pulled off I don`t have time for such poor service. Update: food is never an issue here and service has gotten better as of late so two stars instead of one. Update: Service is much better Up to 3 stars

Have to write something...this girl in the drive-thru was so nice, helpful and very patient with my indecision..Destiny, thank you. Youve made my day, yes..you know what Im talking abt...when u have one of "those" days...its good to know that people are there to actually help you. So i really hope you get the credit u deserve. She was wonderfull...great service

Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes to get burnt chicken and went into find out what it is taking so long and they told me to wait longer....got home. Chicken was burnt. Biscuit was old. Spend $20 to feed my family. What a waste of money. I say again. I talked to the manager. Horrible horrible customer service.

Food order is usually wrong dont get what u order. Even if its only three drumsticks and they tell u they got it when u ask and when u get home it a breast wing and 1 drumstick.
