I want to start by saying, they had just had someone quit when I came into the store. One person on the staff was doing an amazing job of basically doing EVERYTHING in the store except cook and take orders at the register up front. They were bagging up food, doing the buffet, doing drivethrough, etc. That being said, the rest of the staff just hid in the back and I saw the manager emerge only to check registers and never really help out. Definitely a manager and not a leader. Then to add insult to injury I try to use the wifi. Pretty much everything is blocked. Cant view an image on imgur, cannot stream anything (YouTube, Netflix, etc.). What is the point in having the wifi if your customers cannot even use it for anything beyond writing a review of how bad your restaurant looks? I have been going to KFCs for a long time until the restaurant I frequented in Niles added a restriction to Netflix on their wifi... I figured I would give them one last chance to get my patronage back and they royally screwed up again by having such horrible limitations on their wifi. I mean come on... I want to be able to watch 20 minutes of Netflix or YouTube while I eat. Just because your employees would abuse it is no reason to take it out on your customers.

Would give half a star if possible, but the service is CERTAINLY not worth rounding up to a full star. In short, spent 15 minutes waiting for nothing, were charged extra, lied to when confronted about it, were shorted on food items, and still the biscuits we got were hockey pucks. Spent a little over 15 minutes in the drivethrough, being the second person in line with an empty lobby and neither placed orders being larger than one medium bag. We were charged more than we should have, then were told that they didnt have the stuff we ordered and asked if we wanted something else of less value. When we told that we were charged for an upgrade, they said that it wasnt free, at which point we pointed out that it is a sponsored deal they literally have pictures posted of, as well as in plain writing. The response was simply, "Oh, ill let my manager know". We were refunded our unrightful upgrade charge when trading for a cheaper item. Once we open our food at home, we were missing cookies and a biscuit. When called, we were told wed get free cookies on our next order. Other than all of that, the biscuits we got were overcooked and dry. Not a very good experience.

Went in for Supper to have the buffet, after an over than a year reprieve after a multiple instance with hair in the food in one sitting. They are doing away with the buffet, was told that because the help cant keep it up at night. That was no surprise but still disappointed that the management cant do better managing. They said they were going to renovate the store, that is hopeful that a cleaner store will be coming. There restroom is so nasty that you feel filthier after using it. Food quality is not very good, I ordered the mashed potato bowl, the chicken bites in it tastes like they are on the burnt side and my wifes pot pie was hot but had next to nothing of vegetables but ample amount of chicken. The staff was friendly.

Placed order, waited 20 minutes, checked to see what was going on, was told it would still be awhile, another patron that ordered before us was still waiting too. Finally asked for a refund, but we had to wait for the manager to come up because the very nice girl that was trying to refund the money wasnt sure how to do it. The manager made us wait even longer. I asked for a receipt showing the refund to my debit card. I said thank you and the manager said I didnt need to be so rude. What? Rude? Are you kidding me????? I will never go back there again! P.S. the dining area was very dirty.

Stopped during a road trip, really wanted fried chicken. Admittedly the weird one star reviews worried us, but we stopped anyway. Actually -- there is nothing wrong with this place. A normal Kentuky fried chicken with fine service and we had no issues. Food tastes good, we were back on the highway in a few minutes. Used drive through.

Ever have those days when you wanna just be fat and eat some chicken? Well dont come to this place!!!!! You will just die from walking inside because of the greasy floor!! Your just like taco bell and the bathrooms waste... is not even in the toliet like there was a huge brown thing on the ground and it has hair and was moving!!!!!!!

Stopped in for a late dinner on our way to hotel on our weekend trip. Not to expect to much since we stopped in 30min before close. In doing so i did get a no extra charge for a large potatoe and gravy. Allowed me to replace cole slaw. Nashville Hot chicken strips not Hot!! chicken was cold. Yuk :(

new management boy can you tell the difference good service,cleanest Ive seen in along time,manager was right out with the help helping with service. Was good to finally see someone who really cares about the customer. food was very good. The managers name was Brian he was nice and very helpful.

You know when I think of chicken the words *bok* *bok* come to mind.BUT AT THIS KFC!!!!!!!!!!!!! THERE WAS NO BOK BOKING!!!!!!!!! only disappointment the disappointment my father shows to me. Colonel Sanders would be very upset at what youve done to his house. It is not finger lickin good.:(

Very poor service. Her knowledge of the menu was not expressed until after the total was presented. 9 dollars for a meal is a little excessive. The place is not clean and probably has multiple health code violations. Recommended as a VERY last resort for poor food service.

Been there several times. Worst KFC on the planet. Dirty, poor service and the chicken is terrible. Talked to the manager a couple of times. They said they were changing and improving but alas, still bad. Never going there again.

So slow, terrible service no one was waiting the register or lobby. Waited 20 min be for we were served. Defiantly under staffed for a Friday night. :( I love Chicken and could not order as their was another wait. So sad!

Ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken (so glad its back) along with some sides for my kid. Our wait was only around 5 minutes, despite the long line when we first entered. The staff were courteous, and the food was great.

This place is horrible! Takes forever to get your food and when you do get your food its nasty. I wish we had a Popeyes around here because KFC has gone so far down hill I refuse to even eat at one anymore.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. Had to wide off our own table after walking whole place and not finding one clean. Gabages over flowing. Hard to eat there at all.
