Worst experience at Taco Bell ever! People that are suppose to be at working are talking and cutting up in back. There were 3 customers standing in line that waited for 10 minutes for someone to take their order. The tables were nasty. All the fountain drinks were nasty (out/flat). There was no ice in the fountain drink machines. (Me and my mom came on Dec. 4th and there was also no ice then either.) Sounds like management cant make their employees do their job. And their not doing theirs either. Poor management! Poor service! No napkins. No toilet paper in the bathrooms. I work at Waffle House. I know what customer service is. And that definitely wasnt it. That place is disgusting! And I wont be back! My suggestion to whomever is in charge....shut it down...or get people that actually do their job. And not think its playtime when its actually work time!

We went in to grab something to eat before going home. We ordered our food and eat inside. When we walked around to sit at the tables all of them had food on them. Trash all in the floor. Off the clock employees going behide the counter just talking and joking with the employees that were on the clock. The girl that took our order was walking around the back on her cell phone. Some one had left there phone in o e of the booths and I turned it in to the girl that took our order and she said "o its mine now" then said just playing. The manger was doing interviews I guess in the lobby where all the tables were nasty and told no one to wipe them off. We was in there for 30 mins. Will not be eating at this place again.

I usually Love Taco Bell! But my recent experience was really a disappointment. Waited at least 10 minutes in line at the drive thru, only 3 cars in front of me. Ordered a chicken chalupa, chicken burrito supreme, and a Mt Dew frutista freeze... Finally got to the window, they handed me a bag and I gave them my card to pay, then they returned the card and closed the window. No frutista freeze. I checked my bag and had received a bean burrito, and some kind of gordita. I told them the order was wrong and gave it back to them, but after much debate, they couldnt find my order and handed me back the wrong order and told me they gave me a free frutista freeze. Wow, never returning to this Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell has to be one of the worst ones in the history of the company. Went through the drive-thru at 9;15 on a Wednesday night (even though that is not important as time doesnt matter) and people were pulling out of line. Had 4 cars in front of me when I got to the speaker and the first thing I hear from the speaker is "We only have two employees filling orders so your wait will be a minimum of 15 minutes." I got my order at 9:30 which was 15 minutes. I cannot believe the corporate office has not pulled this franchise owners license and shut this one down. They are losing business right and left.

HORRIBLE!!!!! Along with everyone else....it is a longer wait than a true Mexican restaurant. Someone needs to teach them what Customer Service means because if they even look at you they are definitely not gonna smile. Beyond that, there is a I dont care one thing about you attitude. That was my last visit to this Taco Bell. Whoever manages this establishment needs to do their job and teach their employees how to serve the public. Sorry, it is just this world is all coming to "here you go and I dont care if your happy or if you get what you are paying for"....rediculous!!!

This location has the slowest services ever. The staff, including management are very rude. We witness the cooks arguing and cursing with each other and jumping around. Then when the manager noticed me witnessing this and shaking my head, she decided she would make unwarranted comments towards my husband and I. During this visit, it took 45 minutes to get 2 Mexican pizzas and 4 tacos. This location seriously needs to get the staff under control. Fast food should be just that..Fast! And no customer wants to be talked to by anyone like we were, let alone a so called manager

If i could give 0 stars, i definitely would! Horrible horrible place...employees & store alike! Waited 10-15 mins just to place an order bc they were too busy talking to friends that came in after us. Took another 15 mins to get our food. Mind you, we got $8.00 worth of good. All tables were filthy! Drink station was nasty. No ice in machine either. This place does not care about customer service or the looks of the store. Sad excuse for a visit! I wont be back to the Springfield, TN location again!

Girl employee cussing as soon as you walk in. Burritos are as wet as soaked toilet paper. The wait is minimal 45 minutes and the food is never right. Someone explain to all the 16 year old professional cooks there that "grilled" means you PUT IT IN THE GRILL!! One last thing.....when was the last time anyone got a burrito that was actually put together right. Im tired of bitting into a burrito and its solid cheese or solid sour cream or solid guacamole. Yall dont mix a dang thing

First i had to wait for almost 30 minutes. When i finally got my food the guy slung my bag at me, and i nearly dropped it. I went to ask for mild sauce and he shut the window. When he opened it back i asked again and the threw a handfull of hot sauce at me and i dropped at least 12 packets in the floor of my car and still had 10 in my hand. All i had was 2 soft tacos, for whatever reason he felt like i needed that much sauce i have no clue. He was very rude and hateful.

This place was filthy! It has been a long time since I have seen a restaurant so dirty, and they kept giving people cups to get fountain drinks from the machine where there was no ice coming out. When I told the cashier, she commented that it was frozen solid and got me ice. They continued to do the same throughout our visit and no one ever maintained the machine. Someone from corporate should definitely visit unexpectedly, not to mention maybe a health inspector.

The Springfield TN location has good tasting food but little else. The dining room is left a message by the customers and not cleaned up by employees. Customers have to clean the tables and booths they want to sit at. They are frequently out of napkins, plastic forks, hot sauces etc. The "sweet" tea is not sweet and the carbonated beverage dispenser is not properly adjusted. Employees cant always explain the food offerings. Other than that, the place is great...

My best friend and I went to taco bell and ordered 2 #3s, one set hard, one set soft, and a #8. A number 3 is three supreme tacos, lettuce, tomatoes, meat, cheese, and sour cream, none of which had tomatoes, cheese, or sour cream. The #8 is 3 Doritos locos tacos which we received 3 hard shell tacos with meat and lettuce. Not only were we charged $17+ but restaurants dont just unfulfilled orders from customers, thats how they get reviews for lazy workers.
