Worst taco bell Ive ever been to! Something is always wrong unless I go during lunch. I have stopped ordering certain items because I know they will be wrong. One time I had enough of wasting my money and have never been reimbursed for said wasted money I asked to talk to the manager who was rude from the get go and explained to her Im tired of wasting my money and wanted to know who to contact corporate number dm anything I was then told she didnt have to give me that information and slammed the window shut completely unprofessional staff! At night if anybody comes to Greencastle go anywhere besides this taco bell to eat!

In the past 6~9 months this location has undergone a massive overhaul. It appears management may have changed as well. Previously they had been a bit on the dingy side, staff was periodically not the best, and service speeds had really gone downhill. However, they seem to be doing very well now. Food quality is definitely up, and the speed has significantly improved. Staff is hit and miss...but even on bad days its typically not any worse than "ok". The drive-thru does very well, and the cashiers that I have experienced have done a great job meeting expectations of friendliness.

Went through drive thru, came home to an empanada oozing black tar. What little bit of apple that was left was petrified to the crust. The caramel filling was completely caramelized into a thick black goo. This apple empanada had spent more than a day on the warmer and should have never been served to a customer. Its probably a good thing I cant post a picture but I have sent it off to corporate and they dont seem to be too concerned. It makes me question the "freshness" of the rest of their menu.

Waited 21 minutes after I ordered to get my food. I stood at the counter and no one said anything to me until I said something to someone that passed and she just shrugged her shoulders. The whole time I was standing there they were making food for the drive thru but not mine. There was only one other guest in the place and he already had his food.

Workers AND managers are extremely slow and act like they could care less about the customers. I went there for lunch one day and ordered two quesadillas.. thats it. I waited and waited and I finally had to get my money back and leave otherwise I was going to be late going back to work. No apologies or anything, I wont waste my time there again.

Food is standard Taco Bell quality. You get what you expect so no problem there. The service is extremely SLOW at this location. Had 4 cars in front of me and spent 50 minutes in the drive thru. And the drive thru lane is situated so you cannot get out of line unless you want to go over a curb and then cross-country.

I have no words to describe the stupidity that takes place at this location. I have been burned by this place more times than I can remember but keep giving them another shot. No more. The so called "management" tonight was the worst. Dont waste your time or money at this taco bell.

Food is pretty good, but online info says "Opens at 6:30AM" and they have yet to do so even though employees confirmed time, ... more like 6:43, 6:52, 6:58 .... this is really annoying when getting off work at 6 and wanting to grab a quick breakfast on way home ...

Cant believe Im saying this and giving this review to Taco Bell, but I was pleasantly surprised last week. I hadnt been to Taco Bell in a year, they renovated and obviously got new management; total turn around. I have to say Im impressed!

Honestly if there is already line just leave especially if its night. I have waited over 45 minutes, and to make matters worse once your in line you cant pull out and leave. Added they will mess up your order on a regular basis

Quicker than past experiences! Tried the Naked Chicken Chalupa box, did not realize it came with sauce on it. I will be back to try it again without me adding got sauce. Friendly service, thumbs up!!!

I didnt like the staff. They were so bland like they didnt want to work. My soda came out bad. No greeting . No one working But the food was good but staff is horrible. Not coming back.

The food is usually fresh, but more often than not, poorly made. Its by far the longest youll ever have to wait... Average wait time consistently between 15-30 minutes!
