My son and I arrived early on Saturday when it was not crowded because of college football. We were seated right away. After 20-25 minutes of everyone around us being served and no one coming to us I went to the hostess. I told her how long we had been there and that no one had even taken a drink order. She followed me to the table and took the order and said someone would be right there. She came back with the drink order and said someone would be right there. about 5 minutes later Taryn showed up. She seemed nice and smiled a lot, but she never apologized or even tried to explain why we waited close to 30 minutes for her to appear. She wanted to take our drink order, but we had them. I told her we just wanted to order. In all our interactions with her she seemed flustered. She was unobservant ("Can I refill your tea?" when the glass was full) maybe new ("Would you like a salad or breadsticks?" yeah, dont they come with all the entrees?) or just completely not cut out to be a server. My son begged me to leave a tip because he said he would be embarrassed if I didnt, so I did, but it was not deserved. When we left, the restaurant was still pretty empty. 5 people standing around hostess desk talking. No apology from the hostess as we left. No apology or even acknowledgement by the management that we had been ignored after we were seated at our table. Not even a complimentary soda on the bill. At least my son liked his food.

Food is good. Service is good. But I called in an order to go one evening. Took me 45 min to get there (was coming from work) and I still had to wait like 15 min. I ordered the braised beef pasta. Its my favorite and pretty much all I ever get. I finally got home and was so excited bc I was starving. Imagine the disappointment when i realized they had given me grilled steak on top of pasta...it was like someone let the air out of my balloon. I ate it but it wasnt near as good.

We ordered to-go, and they have a sign by their front desk that says, "Our promise is that you get your order accurate and on time or its FREE". They said over the phone when we placed the order that it would be 15-20 minutes, but was 30 minutes and had to wait! One of the orders was suppost to come with 2 apple juices and they did not give them to us or charged us (we ordered them). And they CHARGED us for fries and no fries were given. Not acceptable

Food was as always, but honestly the service was amazing. Our waitress was Sundie. She was phenomenal. Our glass was never empty and the endless soup was replaced before we had finished the last one. She was very attentive, never failing to make us feel welcomed and warm. I will not only be coming here again, but I will definitely be recommending this olive garden to all of my friends. Great work, Sundie. I dont think Ive ever had a better waiter.

We have given this Olive Garden several chances. It used to be very good with great service. However, the food is not as good. An example of this is we ordered zupa Tuscany and it came out with cold large chunks of potatoes. Tonight was the last straw. My wife ordered soup and salad to go. The girl assured her that everything we ordered was in the bag. It was not. If want substandard food and service this is your place.

Food was excellent, didnt have to send anything back because it was not cooked properly and the young lady who took our order was great. She gave us plenty of time to select what we wanted and our order was delivered promptly. Very prompt in filling our drinks and bringing additional bread and salad. Great experience and will definitely dine with you guys again. Sorry I didnt cant remember the waiters name.

My nephew got sick and threw up on the floor at the table we asked the waiter if he could get someone to clean it up and the waiter said he would get anyone to clean it up shortly. After 15 minutes we asked for to go boxes then he wanted to get it cleaned up. We couldnt enjoy our food.

Friendly Italian restaurant, good atmosphere, good selection of pasta, pizza and meat dishes. Very reasonable prices. Good service and perfect for our family. I definitely recommend this to family and couples.

It was delicious, we ate the 12.99 special with pick 3 with soup or salad, with breadsticks. The waiter was super kind. The place is clean and food is always fresh. This restaurant also offers wine tasting.

Not thrilled at all!!! Dirty menus that had also been changed!!! Could not get our favorite appetizer (fried artichokes with a dipping sauce)!!! Dont think well be going back anytime soon!

We have always enjoyed Olive Garden, but the one in Alabaster is exceptional. We have always had wonderful service, no matter how busy they are. The food is always so fresh!

Most food was great, but the meatball sandwich bread was very soggy. Service was also kind of slow, considering we arrived at 3:30 pm and the dining room was relatively empty.
