I dont think itd be fair to them a bad review because most the time they are awesome. They are very very organized when I order to go. But the last two times I went there to eat my servers ere very rude , no help with the menu , my tea was empty for a good ten min before I got a refill. The server then complained that they were short handed and she was not going to keep helping other servers tables. Once my server made it back to give us our food the food was cold. The time before that my server didnt even act like she wanted to be there. She was very short with me . hurried me threw ordering. Then she didnt put our order in for thirty mins. She FORGOT. The manager was very friendly but I feel as tho she didnt really see that the server done anything wrong. I never had a bad experience at olive garden here ever. Its one of my favorite places to eat. Specially because how awesome they do on to go orders. I hope they get the unhappy seeds out and replace them with happy seeds. Id really hate to have to stop eating here. Because up until two weeks ago I would of rated this a five star place to eat.

Horrible service.... Im not saying every waiter/ waitress but the ones that I have had seem to have the same issues. I have food allergies and a large family, so when I am not alone sometimes I have to eat here. One experience I had was when ordering I asked about the gluten free pasta. The waitress made rude comments about why would I come to an Italian restaurant if I wasnt going to eat normally. I considered that extremely rude. I am not a person who follows food fads, I seriously have a bad reaction to certain foods. I am also allergic to carrots which they have in their salad mix. Many times I have requested a salad without them and they either roll their eyes or act like I am burdening them horribly. Sometimes they said ok they will find a way and then never give me a salad. As a restaurant, they do sell a gluten free option so they are trying to fill that niche market. They say "let the server know of any allergies" on the menu. Even before I knew of/had the food allergies Olive Garden (Especially the FWB location) was not my favorite. But, I used to like the Zuppa Toscana soup.

I cant say this was the best visit weve had here. We were seated by a young hostess who thought we could follow her very fast and well practiced introduction to their nightly specials. After my wife asked what she said, I found it easier to to tell her I didnt get much of it. Then after waiting for about 21 minutes a manager walked by to ask us how we liked our dinner?? The last patrons check was still laying on the UN-wiped table. We explained that we were looking for something to drink, water or ice tea maybe. Just something to have in front of us until a server not waiting on the table near us with 14 people. Or was it the other table with 11 people seated enjoying the evening. After awhile we had a good meal with pretty good service. We did leaner not to try eat at Olive Garden on a Friday evening on Memorial weekend. Just a lot of happy customers and maybe not enough servers. Well try again later after Labor day weekend. A little quieter after the tourists return to work. Butt, the food was good.

Management at this location is very biased. Certain associates are cohorts and friends. A long time employee was terminated because they expressed discord for not receiving a tip on a $1000.00 tab, YES a $1000.00 tab and no tip. At first this employee was suspended. At the end of her suspension she was called in and terminated. Local management needs to be revamped and booted. This employee has been with this specific location for over 4 years. Always on time, always came in if called to do so, and was recently promoted to manager in training. Hopefully, those higher up will be more attentive to the favoritism at this location. This kind of juncture is deplorable to employee morale and their business as a whole. Those who are not unfailing to the dependable people who work for them, will not be tried and true to their customers. Sincerely, Former Olive Garden Patron

Service is usually really great specially if my fav server Terry is there. There food is reasonably priced. Always good specials. Great wines ! Update the to go is always awesome. But for some reason when I got the flu theres no place like olive garden , but tonight I was sick and slept late , I woke up at 9:50 PM they close at 10:00 PM so I called and figured theyd be like sorry mam were closed .... Instead she said can u be here in five mins and I can take the order. I was across the street so it was possible. She took my order the cooks stayed to cook our food and it was delicious as always. Not like they were closing in two minutes. I was so thankful they were so friendly and helpful. Thank God for such good service still. Alot of restaurants are not as great anymore. So thank u olive garden for being awesome and caring for to go orders !

We had a party of 7 last evening (4/28)~~ (one came about 15 minutes late) but the lovely waitress made great accomodations for everyone. We ordered a total of four different items from the menu, along with salad and bread sticks and everything was cooked perfect, food was hot, salad was fresh, bread sticks were hot and fresh and the tea and water glasses were kept full. The only thing we asked for were containers to take what we hadnt devoured at the meal home with us. Not one of the 7 had a complaint regarding any item that was ordered. Truly one of the best meals eaten at the O.G. Everyone made us feel so very welcomed.

The last two times I have visited the service has been horrible once it took over 20 minutes to receive the check and the whole time I was there she visited the table 4 times while she spent the whole time checking on the table behind us, never even received one refill on a drink. The last time I went which was Saturday the waiter had no idea what he was doing ordered drinks didnt receive it until the soup came came out, ordered an appetizer didnt receive that until after the main dishes came out to the table.

1st I asked for a table and hostess wasnt going to give us one at first, even though there was one right where we were standing. She offered us a table with booth one one side and 2 chairs. Then a waitress took our drink order brought it out and bcuz we werent ready to order, we never saw her again. 10 min later a guy came and said he was taking over. Will I go again soon, most likely not. However our food was great and plentiful. Service started off rough that Ill take a break from this restaurant.

I go here for family outings just for the atmosphere. I mean most of them are roomy where you have decent elbow room but the menu has been so dramatically reduced over the last few years honestly for quality Italian Id recommend Carabbas. Their pasta is to say the least mediocre at OG anymore. Either Carabbas or find a small mom and pop outfit like Vinnie Rs in Navarre, Sals Pizzeria, or the place just across the Navarre bridge going to the beachside. Youll enjoy it better and thank me for it
