Slow - 2 hours at a FrIdays is nuts. It was a Friday night at 8 pm, and it was not busy. Loud - At 8:45 a DJ started playing music, no one within sight seemed pleased with this. Rude - a person in our party was vegan, asked for a black bean burger and was specific about what was to be on it. It arrived with cheese, when we told the waitress she accepted no responsibility for her mistake and questioned whether we wanted to wait a long time for the food to be made right as the black bean burgers take a while. Miraculously it came back in just a few minutes. Does this mean they scrapped off the cheese and sent it back? We also had a soda spilled on one of us. Lazy - Food seemed to have been prepared by someone with something better to do, lettuce on burgers was in large inedible chunks, causing items to fail at staying together. In general, items seemed to be prepared haphazardly. Flavor - 6/7 of us did not enjoy the items we ordered. Fries were overly seasoned, we have all had them before and did not like them. Grilled chicken was cold and boring. Fried chicken tasted like cardboard. Cobb salad had such an overwhelming amount bleu cheese that it overpowered any other flavor. We all have decided that the preponderance of failures at this establishment outweigh any possible future benefits.

DONT COME HERE!!!! Youve been warned... Good luck getting service. Or any semblance of competency. Note that this wasnt my first time here, but this is definitely my last. Lifes too short to deal with crappy service and mediocre food, even if it is the only choice around. I called in an order to-go, and was told it would be 15 minutes. No problem. I came in 25 minutes later (to give them a little extra time), and I was asked whether I had called the right TGI Fridays. Then the hostess found a slip of paper that had been tucked away with my order. 10 minutes, she says. No worries - mistakes happen, right? 10 minutes pass. 15 minutes pass. 20 minutes pass. 29 minutes later, I think Ive given them enough of a chance. Im sitting up front, trying to flag down a waitress, hostess, busboy, bartender, SOMEBODY!! No one to be found. I walk straight into the kitchen and politely ask for the manager. The kitchen is bustling with...you guessed it - staff loitering around! I ask for my refund and leave. I should have charged them for the hour of my life they wasted.

Absolutely terrible. Came in at 2:30 pm Sunday ordered drinks.... 30 mins and I can finally have someone come to me about an order. I order my appetizer and meal (because I could see how the night was going it would take forever) appetizer and my gfs meal come out . 5...10....15 mins and no meal for me. Get the waiter and she says 2 mins. I then wait another 30 mins until she comes and apologizes its just going to be 2 more mins. Gf is done with her food. Literally another 15 mins and I proceed to ask about my food. 5 mins later food arrives and I have a hockey puck for a steak and fries colder than Alaska... ended up paying for the whole meal no manager would respond to me. Very upset 60$ on food that I had to wait for 1 hour and a half just for my dog to eat it. Horrible horrible horrible

We came here a month ago on a Friday night and the food was delicious but the bar service was horrendous. The bartenders were not picking their heads up and seeing if anyone needed drinks with a less than full bar. We came here by accident vowing to never return to this particular Fridays again. However our gps directed us back to this location. Thanks to Aisha we will return. She gave us all of the deals & specials without it sounding like the typical forced mecorporate shpeal. She was attentive and efficient and very pleasant. We didnt Have to work at all to get more drinks or her attention. Shes an asset to your company. I hope you appreciate her. We will be back.

I dont ever want to come back here again. Food took more than 30 minutes to arrive not just for me but for everyone on my side of the restaurant and when it did come, people who arrived after my group were served first. Keep in mind someone in my group ordered salad which does not require cooking. The salmon and steak dishes are not worth the price. They forgot the soup my mom ordered and had to bring out another fresh one. Also the vanilla bean cheesecake is not worth the price. Overall the food was good but the wait, prices, and general customer service was awful and I dont plan on returning to this location. Save your money

Food took over an hour to come and even the apps took 45 minutes. Waitress disappeared and our drinks were all dry. We had to get another waiter to get her then she came back like nothing happened. We would have been ok with the wait if she came over and updated us and gave us refills etc. Then when the food came it was subpar at best. My burger was not well done, it was carbon! My friends salad wasnt made correctly and the fries were really, really salty. Waitress had an attitude the whole night, wish I remembered her name. On a good note, the drinks were good! Lol Dont think I will go back to this location again.

Ive never been so dismayed by the "food" that they tried to pass off as such. I understand that ordering a sizzling chicken and cheese to go would not be all that sizzling seeing that it would be transported in a plastic container. However I would love it if it were cooked properly. As the picture shows, I needed to take it home and cook it some more because the cheese(which is clearly a slice of American cheese) was not even cooked long enough to melt all the way through. I also bought the spinach and queso dip and the chips were soggy and soft and the dip was lukewarm. Next time, Im going to Chilis.

This place has really gone down the past few months. Used to love coming here. Last night me and my family were waiting to be seated, someone who came in (party of 3 as well) after us was seated before us... they did not call ahead. It took the RUDE waitress 30 minutes to bring our drinks to us. The food was cold, the mozzarella had a crust like it had been sitting out all day. Took another 15 mins to get us our second round of drinks. This was the first time my mother was here and the last time any of us will every go there again. Horrible experience.

My family had a great time at Fridays. The service was attentive and the food was perfect. All four of us got something different. We called ahead for seating and were seated almost right away. As we walked in another couple leaving exclaimed that it was worth the wait for those who did not call ahead. It was my second time going to this TGI Fridays. I recall being please the last time, too. Yes it is a boisterous place and dont expect fine dining.

Arrived just before 9pm, barely busy. Took a little longer than it shouldve for a hostess to notice were there and seat us. Ordered drinks and appetizer. Ordered entrees. After an hour and fifteen minutes, no entrees showed up, no manager stopping by to apologize, waiter barely apologetic for the wait (more clueless about his job in this situation than attitude). Dont ever visit this place if you want in and out in a normal amount of time.
