It took way too long to make ice cream. People who were making everything were goofing around behind the counter and kept dropping stuff. 6 people behind the counter 2 actually working. Guy who made my ice cream scooped my ice cream, laid it on the slap to mix then walked away talking to someone else. Came back and barely put any toppings on. Then saw a friend of his at the end of the line, dropped everything went to greet her and came back making her shakes with a straw out of his mouth then slipped it to her and didnt make her pay. They are unclean and play vulgar music way too loud. Need to clean their act up.

I am very disappointed always though it was the best place till today when they denied me service and send me to cedar crest on a Mothers Day because they were closing in 6 minutes even thou they still were serving and had a couple people still in line.
