Had a great experience there this morning. I skipped over to the register like a goofball and then the gentleman, Kelsey, who waited on me broke into a little dance in response to my silliness -- I had no choice but to join him from my side of the cash register - it was completely spontaneous and just the moment of joy I needed this morning! The food was great, made to my request and the atmosphere was very nice. Restaurant was clean and the rest of the staff seemed engaging as well! Will definitely return!

Its been awhile since I was where and theres been changed. It would be helpful if the cashier explained the new buzzer system, no more yelling names for orders ready for pick up. Decor updates made and the menu changes of course. Summer corn chowder is seasoned nicely, not to much cilantro. My sandwich was okay, one slice of bacon cut in half was disappointing. No pepper at the condiments station and not on sandwich, despite the menu description. Its a better option today versus the Wendys.

We both needed a fork to eat all of our chicken salad sandwiches since some fell off the bread and I couldnt find any forks with the napkins & straws. They should have kept the sad looking tiny dill pickle wedges and asked if you wanted one instead of just giving it to you. The apple for my side instead of chips was dented and bruised but at least it was shiny. The chicken salad tasted good and so was the frozen mocha.

I have always enjoyed Panera bread. They make good sandwiches, soup and salads. I enjoy the bottomless cup of coffee or tea. The only reason I dont give them a 5 is they take away my favorite sandwiches and salads and dont give you the option to order them even if you know they probably have the items in different dishes. The staple Asiago roast beef sandwich which was there for years is now gone.

Very poor service. Disorganized. Cant get a bakery item and food item at the same time because that requires the cashier to serve the bakery item and they just dont do it and you find this out when you pick up your order and then you have to get back in line just to get what you paid for. And the staff acts like you are hassling them. A shame because the menu and food is good.

Great service! One time I had ordered online and had my sons in the car early morning. I was able to leave a note in the comments to call me when it was ready and they did and brought it right out to my car. This was amazing since it is so hard to get all the kids out just to grab it off the counter! Wonderful!!! A+++++

I love the experience at Panera in Exton, PA. I always feel like Im at home with the service and food. The tomato soup and Bacon Turkey Bravo are the best! This location is usually very busy, so if you go to eat for lunch, plan on getting there before noon. Clean and positive experience every time.

Fast, friendly, clean restaurant with comfortable seating and healthy, great tasting menu options. More expensive than traditional "fast food" restaurants but the food is higher quality and so much healthier. My go to restaurant when im in a rush or need a last minute meal that wont kill me.

Rapid pick-up, at this location, is very disappointing. Second time I ordered on-line for next day pick up and was called just before the order was supposed to be ready and told Panera could not fill the order for a dozen bagels. This seems like a basic order request to me.

Always tasty and fresh. Made to order, wide variety of soups, salads and sandwiches. Fresh teas and lemonade. They almost earned four stars today; too much dressing and too little regular lettuce in the kale blend in my salad tonight, but I know this is an anomaly.

Busy, noisy Panera location. The parking is a bit awkward with peculiar traffic flow. The hardworking staff can get a bit exasperated with customer indecision. The eating areas seem to be generally clean, but customers sometimes have to wait to be seated.

Dont go in the middle of the afternoon or youll be standing there waiting. I asked someone a Panera Rewards question, she didnt know the answer which is fine, but she never said "Let me find out for you". Its just common customer service sense...

This Panera Bread always seems busy. Their prices are getting a little expensive. In my opinion they dont have enough employees to handle lunch and dinner rushes - at least when Ive been there.

Food is always great. Were here from out of town & Panera puts a 30 minute time limit on the Wi-Fi usage....and you cant get back on for 2-1/2 hrs.
