If you like Dubstep, lip piercings, and hipsters, this Chipotle is for you! I am by no means a glutton. Im 5 8" and 145 pounds wet. The girl spooning out the meat must have thought I was bringing this burrito to a Victorias Secret model, because she took great care to ensure I would still be hungry after eating it. She looked like she was disarming a bomb as she carefully placed several bits of chicken on a golf ball sized bed of rice. Being that the time was exactly 12 noon, I assumed it was lunch time, not snack time. I would have protested, however, this hipster soon began dancing with a fellow employee behind the counter to the mechanical sounds of robots procreating AKA Dubstep. Onto the salsa. This girl must have pitied me and my tiny burrito, because she drowned the 3 bites of chicken and teaspoon of rice in a quart of salsa. I ordered corn and cheese as well in an attempt to bulk up this meal fit for an Ethiopian. $7 later, I took this measly appetizer home, choked it down in 30 seconds, and rued my decision to patronize this restaurant. If youre considering having lunch at the Valley Square Shopping Center, do yourself a favor and walk across the street to Teds Montana Grill. They make a hell of a burger for the same price and the staff doesnt rock pairs of jeans I would find in my 13-year-old cousins dresser. Now, off to make a sandwich...

The food here has been consistently enjoyable, the restaurant itself appears clean and well run. My only complaint is the staff. While some of the employees are pleasant and appreciative, often those preparing the food are downright miserable. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, but Ive received the same poor attitudes several times in a row, and its made me shy away from coming in to eat when I otherwise would. I place my orders clearly and politely, and havent had any issues with accuracy, but the staff couldnt act any more annoyed or hurried if they tried, and Im typically the only person in line. I love chipotle, but I think Id rather wait for the Warminster location to open and try my luck there. Its uncomfortable when ordering food is treated like such an imposition.

Food was mediocre at best. Tasted pretty blan. Im here now, actually. Im not too familiar with Mexican food/grills so this is the first time Ive been here. I felt super rushed when it was my turn to order and when I was being asked question, I couldnt hear the employee (probably because of the 3ft glass in front of me) she clearly expressed how she felt that I asked what she was saying ( it was a very negative "really.." expression. Picture that in your head. Thats exactly how it was ). On top of that, I told her I wanted a chicken burrito the first time, she asked again, and then she asked again for the third time. That was pretty annoying. So much for a first impression. Hopefully the Warminster one opens faster.

WORST CHIPOTLE! I love chipotle and their food, unfortunately the only restaurant near me has horrible staff. I order from here pretty often, mostly through online ordering, and 99% of the time my order is wrong or missing something. The bowls contain barely any chicken when I order and PAY for extra chicken. I know it seems silly to be mad over something so simple, but it becomes frustrating when it consistently happens and Im paying more for something I am not getting. Im sure I am not the only one with this experience.

This is my second attempt to post a review for this Chipotle, not sure why my first one just vanished.... Let me begin by saying that I have been very happy with every Chipotle that I have ever been to, except for this one. The servers here are angry, bitter and Im starting to think a bit racist toward white customers. To say that there is zero appreciation for your patronage would be inaccurate, negative appreciation would be more like it. Expect an uncomfortable experience and you wont be disappointed. .

I was really hoping to have some good chipotle. Went to a Southern one all the time, moved up here and thought I wasnt missing anything. I was wrong. Beans were very hard, everything seemed real cold. Im allergic to dairy and the prep gave me a weird look when I asked her if I could get gauc that didnt have cheese in it. Wasnt impressed at all.

I have to admit I am a big fan of Chipotle anyway (Chipotle is my life, ha), but some locations are not so hot. This was probably the nicest one I have been to. Very clean. Staff very friendly. Food was excellent. It is in a great location. My daughter just started at Del Val, just down the road, so I imagine we will be back many times.

Horrible experience. The chips were stale and had clumps of salt. The service was rude and they got my order wrong multiple times. Also cold food and very sloppy. The staff seemed fairly new and like they did not know how to prepare the food.

A friend and I ordered the same burrito I got mine with beef and his was with chicken for a 3pm dinner 8 hours later he was praying to the porciline princess heaving...wash your hands folks.
