I can tell you from firsthand experience that the owners, Tim & Hala, as well as their entire staff take the utmost pride in the food they prepare for you. Everything is made from scratch and with lots of love. The shawarma is certified Halal meat and is hand trimmed each and every day. The spices are authentic, and the Kushari and Arnabit (Egyptian fried cauliflower) are AMAZING! Everything is super tasty, from the falafel to the homemade tahini sauce, and all of the hummus in between. I highly encourage you to give Taza a try - your tastebuds will thank you!

Best Chicken Shwarma Ive ever had! Ive been trying to get food here ever since I saw the very long line for them at Bethlehem VegFest 2 years ago. Yesterday our company brought them to our office and what an AMAZING treat this was. The chicken was beautifully spiced, extremly garlicy (which I love), and nothing but tender, juicy, deliciousness. They also have great customer service. I would highly recommend them again and they can add me to their food truck stalking list ;-)

My DH and I had the good fortune to eat at the Taza Truck Friday prior to Shakespeare In the Park. We had the chicken and beef shwarma sandwiches. Both were excellent! Tons of tender, juicy, well seasoned meat. We also ordered the rice pudding....got the very last one and had to share it. (Boo Hoo) It too was excellent. Check out the Taza Truck....you wont be sorry!

Amazing food. The folks here really make great food and you can tell that they care to be authentic. I dont get to eat at their truck often due to the long lines, but when I do, its definitely worth the wait. Oh and for the guy who complained about dish sizes and pricing.... Just head over to McDonalds.

First off this is Egyptian food Ill give u that but.... Charging people for a ridiculous amount of money for your food that cost less more than half to make is outrageous. As well as the portion sizes are so small. They gave me a small amount of rice. The food is tasty however.

TAZA is one of my favorite trucks in the Lehigh Valley. One can eat clean and enjoy delicious food from a food truck (amazing--no junk food). The staff is always smiling. I love when they visit our local winery. Its always a good time.

Good food, friendly service. The flavors are really unique. The baba ganoush is especially good, as is the seasoned beef in pita. Strong garlic flavor in most of the food could be a plus or minus depending individual preferences.

Everyone should check out this truck for a tasty meal. The pita chips are fresh, crispy, and perfectly seasoned. The hummus is full of flavor and the chicken schwarma is delicious. Look these guys up for an incredible meal.
