This Doylestown Chipotle is really slipping. My bad experience today started with the rice and went all the way down to the guac! I wanted a burrito, starting with the white rice, they only had the bottom of the barrel left, literally. I asked the server if I could get some fresh rice, which she checked, but came back and told me that the person chatting it up in the back with his co-workers wasnt finished with the new batch. I wound up settling on brown rice, which I hate. Then the beans, the only protein I get, and they are very stingy with it. Same goes for the cheese! When I got home, I had a very unbalanced burrito loaded mostly with crappy rice, a few beans, and a minute amount of cheese. The rest of the toppings (salsa-sour cream-guac), I didnt see until I cut the burrito in half and dug to the bottom. Also, I dont mind paying extra for guac as long as its not loaded with salt! Dtown Chipotle, Im guessing youre trying to keep costs down by loading up on the rice and cutting back on the good stuff, but the end result is a really crappy product. Just thought Id share with the hope that the feedback leads to a better experience in the future.

My love for Chipotle runs deep, but my love for this particular Chipotle location runs even deeper. On top of offering up consistently delicious burritos, their online ordering and customer service is exceptional. Im in and out in 30 seconds flat and theyre always doing something to send me off with a smile. Whether theyre greeting me by name, grabbing my order the moment I walk in the door, or surprising me with a some complimentary Chipotle deliciousness, they never fail to send me off with something delicious and a smile. Clean and busy. A simple menu that is well-executed and fresh. High levels of traffic can easily make places like this become divey. Some Chipotle restaurants are like that. Ive seen this one packed with a line out the door during a fundraiser. Still, it was clean and well stocked. Great store.

So disappointed. Eat here frequently. Inconsistent. Todays bowl looks like lettuce, rice and beans. Where is the Sofrito? Oh, I see a speck. Better when they first opened.
