I been ordering from this spot for years , but its about time I voice . Every time I order and say LITE SAUCE on my fries they are smothered with it , I always ask for my fries well done never have I gotten them well done always soggy , if anything theyre burnt on the sides is about as far as well done as youll get . The steaks always have the meat favoring one side never a equal amount the buns are soggy never slightly toasted . What ever happen to love into a meal instead of not rushing orders and its sad because its good food and I always tip big but guess its time to try others cant keep paying for food not how you ordered it , its ridiculous .Oh and to top it off I just ordered spices cheese fries LITE SAUCE with my cheese steak and it just came with heavy sauce fries not well done as it says clear as day on my receipt as well as LITE SAUCE but it also has MARINARA SAUCE covered ontop WTF man never once did I say marinara sauce and it doesnt even say it on the receipt like WTF and this right here nailed the coffin f that man wont see my money anymore

Ive been ordering from the Fresh works for about 10 years. Great sandwiches no matter which one you get. They also have a great deal where you buy two hats get the third half free. Depending on the sandwiches, you can normally feed three people for about $16 which is amazing considering the quality of food you get.

A lot of sandwiches with cool names. My girlfriend and I had the krytonite. That sandwich lived up to its name and brought me to my knees. Never have I had a sandwich that big. Only ate half of it and it took me two sittings to finish it. Will try another sandwich next time. Their happy hour special rocks too!

Good food. Rolls are awesome. Even though they are cooked frozen. The staff is always helpful, though at times they get busy, and tend to rush ya.
