I am sad to say that nor myself or any member of my family will be returning to the TGI FRIDAYS in Rehoboth DE. We arrived @ about 7:40 on Saturday April 1st. We were all very happy and looking forward to our meal. When our server ( whos name I cant remember) took our drink order. ( 3 beers 2 margaritas) after 15 mins of seeing the drinks sitting at the bar they were brought over to us. Since when is a margarita lemonade and tequila mixed. Then she took our food order @ 8:00. By this time a larger group of patrons had sat next to our table. They almost instantly got their drinks. And also received their food before us. Our food was brought out cold and not even at the same time. I got my food 10 mins before my fiancé. All while the table next mine got their and food whilst some of my people were still waiting. I could put all that aside, if it wasnt for the manager ( his name is Steve). I asked to talk to Steve outside so as not to concern other diners. I told him. About how appalled we were by the service and he apologized to my face but would not come to the table to say anything to the people I was with. The waitress let our empty plates sit in front of us. I had to walk to an empty table to snag silverware and napkins for my table. Not to mention not a single one of our burgers were cooked how we asked. I truly believe that if we were a family of 7 white people like the table next to mine than we would not have had this experience. I am sick to my stomach by the service, wait staff, and management. A child would do a better job. A child would get the food right A child knows how to make a margarita A child would apologize for bad service

My husband and I came here for date night because we wanted to try something new. It was okay. I thought it wouldve been better. Our waitress was, just, okay. She came to our table three times the entire time we were there. As far as I could see, it wasnt that busy. To be fair, Ive never had a faster response time on paying a check. Food wise: I got the Parmesan crusted chicken with tomato and cheese salad ( which was just tomatoes and cubes of cheese), and macaroni and cheese. My food was alright. My husband got the Jack Daniel Sampler. It was really good! Its the size of an entree even though its under appetizers. All in all, I may give it a second chance but not anytime soon.

This was our 4th or 5th trip to this location. We have not had a very good experience here in the past, but decided to give them another try. We told the manager about our bad previous experiences and asked to be seated in the section with her BEST server. Obviously, this did not happen (or they dont have any good servers) or I wouldnt be writing this review. Waitress forgot drink refills, brought out cold food, forgot condiments, slowwww service... ugh... this is your best??? Did I mention mashed potatoes cost extra - really - when fries come with the meal? Plus, the manager never even came out to check on us. We will not return to this location.

I was weary going into T.G.I. Fridays because most chain restaurants stink. Upon entering this location, I was greeted and seated immediately. Deanna, our wonderful server, took our drink order within one minute of being seated. She came to check on us every few minutes. I ordered the endless apps and they were highly satisfactory. My partner ordered the classic cheeseburger with fries and they were perfectly cooked. I am definitely going back and requesting Deanna as my server.

Terrible service, great food. We come here every week. The service is pretty iffy. Tonight the waitress was scarce and every time she came to the table she ran right off before we could say anything. When she made a mistake she claimed we were wrong and it was rude and unprofessional. I work in a restaurant and the customer is always right even if theyre wrong. I The only reason we come back is because of happy hour and the food is good.

My wife and I had a nice time food was very good the only bad thing was whether they are Mexicans or not about 7 of them was very very loud people in your restaurant kept looking at them it was very disturbing trying to eat couldnt even hear yourself talk the manager never came out to tell them they have to quiet down a little bit to respect other guests if I go in there again which I will if it happens again Ill walk out

Came for the endless apps which have been advertised on television. After driving over an hour to get to the closest TGI Fridays we are told that the endless apps are only offered Monday-Wednesday! This is not something all locations do, but apparently its something the Rehoboth restaurant does. Not sure why individual restaurants that are a part of a chain get to make their own rules up as they go, but we wont be back.

the FOOD is always great; the service always sucks. Im easy to please and very respectful, we used to frequent this location but after being forgotten about more than once, being seated in a corner with no lighting, waiting for our waitress to come back from smoke breaks, etc- well go to one of the many (many many many) other options.

Despite ordering our kids meals and appetizers at least 5 minutes before our meals, everything came out at the same time. Ordered a double helping of sweet potato fries as my two sides but only one was plated. Upon asking about the potion I was brought a second side of the fries, but no explanation for everything coming out at once.

Usually have a great service and enjoyable dinner. Tonight on the other hand..was outrageous...kids screaming from the top of the lungs.. no adults at the whole table or manager asked them to at least Bring the voices down. Did not enjoy any of this. Service was horrible too

Ordered the endless appetizers and they were not great. I wont need to venture back to a Fridays again for a few more years, when I forget I dont like the chain and come wandering in. Service was slow. Food was sub par. Keep driving. I did like the Chinatown buffet.

Food was excellent. Was loud though. TVs were turned up loud next to bar. We were moved to other side and then it was Better. Service was ok. Nice but had to ask for refills. Didnt ask us any questions about what we wanted. Other then that, it was fine.

Let me just say I love TGI Fridays. The best food and many choices. However their positions are getting way "Way" too small. For example theatre best spinach dip around but not a quarter of what we used to get. Sad but true.

The food was excellent and very little wait time. Our waitress was so friendly and was very attentive to getting us refills and clearing plates.
