The wings at this place are very good. Always have me craving them, and unlike a lot of places they are meaty and fulfilling. That is the only reason this review has gotten two stars. Do NOT come to this location if you would like good service or your food to be correct. I cannot say this for the waiting dine-in service, but my food has been wrong almost every time Ive ordered take out from here. Last week I ordered a few small orders of wings. When I got home I realized one of the orders had absolutely no sauce and we ordered extra. This is on top of every week or two getting our carrots and celery forgotten, our bottle of sauce we paid $6 for left out, and having wings that have hardly any sauce on them. Tonight I ordered three small orders of wings. It took me waiting 20 minutes inside on top of the 20 minutes prior we placed the order. When I walked in it took a few minutes for anyone to even acknowledge I was there. Once I finally got my order I went out to the car to check them (being that somethings always wrong). One of the orders has slim to no sauce on them. So I go inside and ask for a side of the sauce. The woman comes out after a few minutes and hands it to me. It ends up being the complete wrong sauce which I did not notice until I got home. I honestly do not know if I will ever waste my time ordering from this place again.

If youre into corporate pre-made bagged food options then this is your jam. The food was OK, the service was meh(a bunch of miserable teenagers who couldnt care less about service and more about their current relationship problems). For example we got there at 630 on a Saturday(peak times, I know) were seated at 645 after a brief wait(which I was surprised about) had drinks and meal orders in by 7pm. Got our food around 740(just a burger, chicken tenders, and a shrimp poboy all with fries) the food was around room temperature which means it sat around for a while. Our waitress was not present for most of our meal but we did see her at other tables. Other servers delivered our food for us. She checked on us one time and then at the end asked us if we needed anything else. We said no, assuming shed bring the check. She did not. Waiting another 10 minutes, she finally checked in again we asked for the check. Paid with two gift cards, leaving a remaining balance, and some cash for a tip. Waited another 10 minutes for the remaining gift card. At this point I was so tired of waiting that I couldnt bear to sit there any longer. We left. Im not sure what our server was doing but it was awful waiting. We finally got out close to 830. Almost missed our movie as a result. We most likely will not be going back any time soon.

Horrible.Appetizer dips didnt come out with it and we had to wait 10 minutes for them. Dinner order wasnt taken until after our appetizer arrived. We had empty glasses and werent offered refills. KFCs boneless wings are better, and thats a shame. My daughters burger just had a tiny drizzle of sauce and a sad little piece of bacon. Asked for extra bleu cheese when ordering, didnt get it. Didnt receive it until we were almost done eating. Totally not worth the $66 bill, and that was just dinner for 3 people, no alcohol! The music was so loud we couldnt hear our waiter or each other. And it was extremely bright in there... Kind of disturbing. Never going back.

My wife and daughter stood in line to be 2 of the first 100 customers. So far, weve been there twice. The first time everything was fine other than dessert taking 30 minutes. The second time after waiting 45 minutes to be seated and another hour for my snack size wings, my order was wrong and my wife and daughters never even came. The order was comped and my daughters food was pushed out by a manager. I wouldnt recommend anyone going here during a game and my wife and I are seriously considering giving away our "years worth of free wings" coupons. I am a business owner and this kind of production would ruin my name in the industry.

Several tables around us were left dirty for the duration of our meal; I didnt like being surrounded by trash. Our drinks menu had something splattered and dried all over the cover, the check jacket was greasy, and the bathroom had toilet paper wadded up on the floor. I couldnt eat my chicken tender wrap because I didnt like it - the chicken tenders were dry and the sauce I chose (honey mustard) just want for me. The staff were all pleasant which is why I gave the restaurant two stars instead of one. There are tons of TV, so I think it would be good for someone who wanted to have a beer at their bar. I wont be returning.

Considering it has only been 2 weeks sense it has opened everything is as expected. I went in during lunch the service was fast an as expected. My server was vary nice answered all my questions. He also informed me that no one had ever worked in a buffalo wild wings prior to the opening of their store. I believe this restaurant will only get better. In reference to a previous comment it is loud inside it is a sports bar that sells mostly wings and beer if you are looking for quiet this is not the place to go. If you are looking to watch the game or a fight (UFC) no better place with all the tvs.

Placed an order through the BWW app for pickup. Order wasnt fulfilled properly the first time when we picked it up. Several items on the menu we paid for were not there. After calling the restaurant back to resolve the issue they offered to have us come back out and pick it up or give us a credit back. We decided to go back to pick up the missing items and they were wrong a second time! Staff was rude and dismissive to our order not being properly fulfilled. Absolute joke of an establishment. Will not be going back any time soon.

Amazing time with friends! Waitress was very efficient and made sure we were taken care of. The initial table we sat at smelled like sewage just before our food arrived. We asked if we could be moved and the waitress was happy to help. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 was because of the bathroom. The sewage smell coming from it was horrible. When you walked into the bathroom you were hit was a stink cloud.

Really tried to like this location but its a hit or miss place but alot of misses. Recently order a Togo order while arriving waited 10 mins before some came up to me. (NOT THAT BIG OF A DEAL) but I was already was late. I get my wings and there is no sauce on them and they gave me 2 little cups with sauce. Come to find out they mess and didnt spin them in sauce. Couldnt wait to get th3m done over.

Very disappointed the resturant was half full and took over 43 mins to get food. The waitress was missing in action and so was the manager. Asked for him to stop by and im still waiting. And it was COLD inside. Multu people complained (1 family of 5 left because ut was so cold and no food.) Nce the food came out it was hot (surprise) i feel that the quality has been going down.
