It was horrible experience. Went Saturday, Nov. 30th, with a party of 10. Call ahead do not accept reservations. Ok. understand, but will be able to accommodate seating. Got there had to wait. Again, understand. Waited for a while, hostess came and told us that it will be a 60-80 minutes wait and advise us to take a booth that would accommodate 6 of us and a four seated table that is right next to the booth. So we accepted. Of course that was not the case, the booth was at a distance where we had to yell at each other to have a conversation. Ok, now if that wasnt bad enough the worse was yet to come. My friend had glass in her salad. Well when she informed the waiter he quickly went and told the manager. Guess what? The manager said oh sorry these things happen. Nothing else. Are you kidding me. We were polite and didnt not make a scene. BUT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Suppose my friend ate it, law suit, or dishonest and said that she cut herself, law suit. Or suppose a child was involved. How important it is to value your customer and accommodate them for any mistake that is done on your side that may cause injury. The way they handle the situation was cruel and inhumane.This is not how you operate a establishment. CHEESECAKE FACTORY you are the worse.

I wont be returning to this CCF anytime soon. Its unfortunate because this was my favorite location between the one downtown and the one in Jersey. My two recent unpleasant experiences began with our service last week given by Brittany. The restaurant was not crowded and it took a very long time for her to take our order and she never refilled our glasses with water. Once we were done our food, she then asked how everything was, but attended perfectly to the table behind us. Yesterday, Paul was our server. Again, we arrived around 8:30pm and the restaurant was not crowded. Paul was neither inviting and was very nonchalant. Paul did refill my water, but NEVER asked how our food was and neglected to bring out the crushed red pepper which was requested when we ordered. What made me even more upset is that we sat in between two booths and Paul attended to each of the booths asking them if everything was ok and if they needed anything. What is happening at CCF? Ive been visiting CCF for years and I have never had the poor quality of service I received back to back!!!! It is horrible. Their servers need to be re-trained and also need to take a cultural competency training.

We were so disappointed this time at Cheesecake Factory. The wait was ridiculous. We were told 45 min. And after an hour the kids were tired of standing because they dont have any seats in the waiting area.... Hard to believe , isnt it? We had to argue with the hostess then the manager to even get seats. Then we waited 15 minutes to be served! Dinner took 25 minutes to arrive. We will never go to a Cheesecake Factory again. We were treated rudely and then our party of 7 had to be seated at separate tables even after waiting an hour. The only answer we got was, the table they thought should be ours, was never vacant. The party continued to use the table. Since when are you only allowed to sit at one table? The food wasnt impressive either. Its a shame this restaurant is poorly run and nit with the time or money. We should have went across the way to Bravo. I see my review reflects how many other reviewers feel too.

My husband and I had dinner Sunday night. The waitress didnt bring any bread because she was too busy having a personal conversation with a friend who had just walked in. Also I orderad bistro shrimp pasta which came abt 35 mins later and had ham in it. The waitress didnt seem to care or was apologetic abt it. Asked me if there was something else I wanted. Ofcourse I did!!! I wanted my dinner which I couldnt eat cuz of the ham. I.explained that due to religious reasons I couldnt eat it. She brought back a new one which was fine but wasnt what I had ordered. The shrimp were not crispy battered, they didnt even taste like they were cooked. At this point I wasnt even hungry anymore. Im a regular customer here and was very disappointed with the food and service. $18.99 for dinner that I didnt even eat!!! It shouldve been on the house. Not coming here again.

Went here for a group work lunch, 6 people. We arrived at 12:20 and our food came out piece meal until finally at 1:15 the last in our party was served. Most in the party was satisfied with their food. Reports of a very dry turkey avocado sandwich, both the meat and the roll. The Cuban rolls had mostly mustard sauce inside and hardly any meat. What meat was inside were tiny cubes of meat. The rolls were only half full. The enchilada was very good. Overall the skinny menu items were enjoyed. The menu is too large, especially at lunchtime. They should have a smaller lunch menu. The service besides the slow kitchen was excellent.

The food was delicious. We were sat down right away and the front desk was polite. Bathrooms were clean with toilet liners. Toilet liners and clean bathrooms are so important to me regarding restaurants. ANYWAYS... I had the Louisiana Chicken Penne Pasta with peppers, mushrooms, onions and fresh shredded parm cheese. My children had the kids menu 1). The mini sliders with fries 2) Mini chicken fingers with fries. They both enjoyed it. All our food came out nice and fresh and HOT. Lastly, my host was amazing quiet attentive and nice. Will definitely go back. :)

The food wasnt bad and the portions were good. The lighting was terrible it was extremely dark in the restaurant. The seating was cramped. We were sat at a tiny table so close to two other parties that we barely had any room. I couldnt carry on a conversation because it would have been like I was talking to everyone seated near me. Unless I had a gift card I would not visit this restaurant again. I can get this type of food at Applebees, olive garden, red lobster (or just about any average chain restaurant) and probably get it for less. Not worth it.

The shrimp in my lunch were severely overcooked,,waitress service was slow ,I think at times she forgot we were even there.We were there during lunch on Labor Day and the restaurant was less than half full. The best thing I can say is the cheesecake was fantastic. Other than that I wont be going back again. The food was not up to par for the prices. The one thing that really bothered me was when the waitress handed me the bill she stood over top of me waiting for me to pay. I guess her shift was over and she was in a hurry to leave.

THREE OF US WENT ON A MONDAY NIGHT,(WILLOW GROVE) IT WAS EMPTY AND WE STILL HAD TO WAIT.....WE ORDERED THE DINNER SERVING AND GOT THE LUNCH SERVING, RATHER THAN BRING THE FOOD, THEY SAID THEY WOULD ADJUST THE BILL! THE WAITRESS TAKES YOUR ORDER, SOME PERSON DELIVERS IT TO YOU,A LITTLE CONFUSING....THE PRICE WAS HIGH FOR WHAT IT WAS.... .THE MENU ...LARGE, BUT YOU CANNOT MAKE EVERYTHING GOOD, I DIDNT THINK THE HELP WAS PROFFESSIONAL AT ALL.....NO WE WONT BE BACK.......TOO MANY GOOD PLACES TO GO!!!
