First of all, the cafe is very cozy and has nice ambiance. Food was very good and prices are more than reasonable ($4.50 for a savory crepe is just unbeatable, I think even $5.50 would still be an amazing price). We had breakfast crepes for lunch, one is with scrambled eggs, cream cheese, spinach and tomatoes and the other one with turkey, spinach and eggs. Very filly and tasty! The owner went to greet us, have some friendly talk and even gave us some bruschetta with sun dried tomatoes which we ordered to go. I have to mention that Ive been searching for good macaroons in the area for a while and I found them here! Will be definitely coming back and recommend you to stop by for sure!

Its a really pretty little family run bakery and cafe (serves Little Amps (local roaster) Coffee). My wife and I came here on a date. I ordered a sandwich, my wife a stuffed savory pastry. For around $10 the value for money ratio is very good and the food was delicious. Primarily European pastries and sandwich options. Note that they also do cakes for catering. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal, the music, a mix of good old classics and Norah Jones. Id recommend this place heartily for a lunch or early dinner in Harrisburg.

Stopped into Dalicia Bakery for an event that ended up switching locations. While there, the owner Samra was an absolute joy to talk speak with. She was joyful and warm and instantly cracking jokes. Her son made a wonderful pumpkin latte for me and I purchased a piece of cake to go, which was delicious. The entire atmosphere just felt comfortable and warm. While I was only there for a few minutes, I plan on returning in the future!

The food is great and it is very cozy and comfortable. But the owner has gotten some very rude and hurtful feedback that has pushed her to stop allowing people to use the place for events. It really is a sad state of affairs when people make a business owner feel scared of losing business because they have opened their doors to the entire community, rather than picking and choosing.

Had my first hair cut at Emmas yesterday and it was a lovely experience. It wasnt a rushed experience or a loud environment like I have experienced at most salons. Ginger wanted to know exactly what I wanted and let me know what she was doing through each step of the hair cut. Calm atmosphere, wonderful head massage, and a great cut!

This place is amazing! Every time you come here theres something new in her case. Everyone here is sweet and polite. The only thing that makes me sad is I no longer live down the street from this place. I decided to drive up from Lancaster to order a custom birthday cake and it went above and beyond my expectations.

My curiosity today brought me to Dalicias. As the owners are from Eastern Europe its not surprising that this place reminds me of a coffee shop and bakery youd find in Europe. The espresso is great and the pastry tastes like more. Putting out 5 stars for this venue is no problem!

We procrastinated getting a cake for my daughters birthday so the day of we walked in and they decorated a cake on the spot just for her. It was also extreeeemly delicious. Not overly sweet like grocery store cakes. I wish I had an excuse to go back and buy another one!

Owners are friendly and good humored. The beef and onion quiche was excellent: savory with a light, crispy crust and this interesting and tasty cottage cheese spread. The coffee is from Little Amps and delicious as always.

I really enjoyed the serene atmosphere, the music and of course the sweets! There are beautiful paintings and photography on display/sale. I had a yummy slice of strawberry shortcake and it was perfect.
