The girl at the counter was a nightmare. She insisted that we not get smoothies because they didnt taste good, and when I broke down and got ice cream instead (it doesnt take much convincing with Cold Stone) she commented on how unhealthy my choice was. She also made some snide remarks on what my friend and I were wearing (sweaters, since we were coming from our office, as opposed to something short-sleeved, I guess) and my friends order (peanut butter with cheesecake ice cream). Finally as we were ringing up she told us that she didnt really like ice cream at all. I felt bullied and mocked, and Im afraid to go back to that Cold Stone because if I do, Ill either have to be very rude with the cashier in order to get what I want or be forced to choose something else and possibly be chastised for it.

I love Cold Stone Ice Cream but this store was filthy. Exterior sidewalk and tables were trashy, tables dripping in spilled ice cream that had obviously been there a long time. Inside the floor was filthy, tables and chairs sticky. I probably will not return. People were efficient and friendly....but how can they work in a place which is so dirty?

Well, let me just say that I had quite an amazing cashier here, Rosemary. My ice cream and toppings were mixed together to perfection and I received no judgement for the amount of ice cream I ordered and was going to consume all by myself. I will be returning to this location just because of Rosemary.

My service was terrible. The young girl behind the counter assisted the kids behind me ( which were her friends) although I was next in line. Then the girl that did assist me, just threw my ice cream together an put it in a bowl. She did not mix it well at all. Very disappointed in lack of service

Wonderful, My cashier was an angel, I even remember her name(Rosemary). Never have I ever had such smooth creamy ice cream mixed to perfection with chocolate chips and peanut butter. Cold Stone are employees are angels sent from heaven who make amazing ice cream. Highly recommend cold stone.
