First time I ever posted a restaurant review, but couldnt help myself. It was this bad!! If you enjoy undercooked crappy chicken that you have to wait over 20 minutes for....then by all means, visit the Whitehouse Chicken location in Medina Township. It is located in a dingy little rundown strip plaza behind a Staples. Nice location choice! The interior is a joke with about 8 plastic tables crammed into a space as big as the lobby of your local dry cleaners. Looks like they dropped about $500 on the interior. Youd think they could at least keep the place clean?? Run by a bunch of kids, along with the proud owners, all standing around trying to figure out how to run a restaurant. Stood directly in front of the owner while waiting a ridiculous amount of time for his undercooked chicken. The dude never even looked at me. How did I know it was the owner...well, Mr. Arrogant has photos of himself mounted on the wall while running. Nothing else on the walls...just photos of himself. Never apologized for the wait. Just wondered around doing nothing. Never thought these words would cross my lips...but KFC blows this place away. Actually, not even close.

The medina store I have to agree with the previous poster a week ago, the service terrible, unfriendly staff and food was a one star Except for fries. If the owner is reading this train your staff better customer service skills and teach them to do a better job of restaurant etiquette. If he focuses on those areas this could be a number one place to go.

It is great food. I cant believe people are comparing it to KFC. The first week the service may have been slow but it was the "first week". The so called kids running it are super sweet and give better service than some adults I know

Only ordered chicken. Over 20 minute wait. If you place a take-out order, call ahead. KFC wouldve had me out in three minutes. The chicken was very moist and hot but extremely salty. The staff was friendly!

the best chicken ever, as a kid I grew up gowing out to eat with my parents at the original Whitehouse in Barberton, the name still holds true to the quality of food
