Rude cashier taking our order. Had to be removed from the front. Turkey and kale panini, had NO turkey and a pinch of kale....had to take back up to get corrected, my husband asked for butter and was told it was "out there" and went back to look again and a girl came just then to fill the station. The manager needs to get control of the staff and talk to them about how to treat their customers. Dirty tables everywhere and paying $35 for my family to eat soup and half portion of a sandwich you would think at least they would be nice. Wrong! Wont be back to this location.

As one would expect from Panera, the food is almost always perfect. Just had some lettuce that was a little brown on the edges, but this is a first. The problem that lies here, is the same issue most local Twinsburg restaurants have, unmotivated high school employees. Employee retention is low, proved by the fact that I never recognize a single face here. Ive had orders that were wrong, placed by phone, Internet, and in rare occasions, ordering in person. I guess Ive grown used to this type of service, hence the four stars. Oh well.

Its a hit or miss depending on who works there. one time the food was fantastic and cooked perfectly, another time there was paper on the bread and my girlfriends soup was barely cooked. like, still frozen. not to mention they were low on just about every damn bread. irony right? its sometimes the best, sometines just straight awful. you can take the risk, maybe youll luck out.

The wait was too long, the staff was unattentive and the preparation counter was messy. I waited over 20 minutes for iced coffee. The staff needs to better pay attention to their customers. I submitted a review when panera asked me how my visit was and I explained my issues in detail, and asked for a call from the manager, but Ive yet to hear anything and its been over a week.

I visit here quite often. I use the rapid pickup online so that my order is ready when I get there. If ordering before noon, my order is always ready. If I want until afternoon, it typically takes them a little longer than the ten minutes to get me my food due to the lunch rush. Overall, the food is good and my orders are right.

Your typical run of the mill panera. Though they have seemed short staffed a few times ive been there. Update... staffing has gotten worse. Waited a long time, just to order, and even longer to get the food. Was about 25 to 30 mins from when we walked in to getting food.

Food was great. Lunch rush was insane. Even ordering online was bad at lunch because there was no parking. Not their fault really. But I dont return simply because there are other places where I can grab lunch much faster with less headache even in such a busy town

Great coffee, food is very good. Service can be a bit rough sometimes - they have a few front end staff who are sorta rude and dont say "thank you" ("here ya go" does not mean thank you). Overall a nice place to grab some coffee, use the wifi, and hold a meeting.

We order here often for our office. However we ordered an hour in advance then had to wait additional 20 mins for food. Two sandwiches were cold and hard. We were also missing food. I tried calling but could not get a hold of anyone.

I really like this establishment. the staff is incredibly nice, but the food is hit or miss. Either I get a decent quantity or I get completely jipped. Considering the prices they charge, this is highly disappointing.

What can you say? Its a Panera. The layout provides three or four distinct seating areas, with both booths and tables and with outdoor seating in the warmer months. The service is okay, at lunch M-F it gets crowded.
