Very slow service. Ordered chicken and noodles, my lunch partner received his order and at that time I was told they were out. I ordered a chef salad which came out as a Cobb salad. Long wait for waitress to tell her this wasnt what I ordered, then she returned to tell me that they dont sell chef salad, thats why I got the Cobb. I told her to take it away and give me credit. My lunch partner by this time had finished his lunch. Waitress did not offer refills while I waited for a meal, worse service I have ever had in this establishment.

This Bob Evans was the absolute worst customer service Ive ever received. My husband & i were both served ICE COLD Mac and cheese with our dinner, Our waitress had a terrible attitude with us & the restaurant was a mess. Our waitress never even bothered to check on us or refill our drinks after our they remade our entire plates. Way to give Bob Evans a bad name. Will not be going back.

You walk in the door the very first table of two waiters sitting here eating McDonalds two other people in the restaurant after you order your meal 10 minutes later your waiter comes back and tells you theyre out of it and then when they finally bring the food that you want you have to ask him twice to bring you silverware
