If you want a 100% customer satisfaction experience, come to this Waffle house. I always come to this location between the hours of 11am and 12pm. But today, 03/19/2017, has been the best experience and best service ive ever gotten. The cooks were fast, clean, professional, organized. The servers were fast, friendly and on point. My server was Annmarie, hard working girl. The manager on duty was Brian. Mr. Brian, thank you for making my visit to waffle house a wonderful experience. Best crew by far.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. PLACED ORDER WS ONLY CUSTUMER THAT HAD ONE IN. 30 MIN LATER AFTER A COUPLE OF MORE PEOPLE CAME IN AND ORDERED. THEY FINALLY PUT MY ORDER IN AND IT WASNT RIGHT. I PAID FOR MY COKE AND TOLD THEM TO FORGET IT. THERE WAS 2 COOKS AND ABOUT 5 OR 6 WAITREES THERE. PLACE WAS ALSO NASTY. THINK WITH THAT MANY PEOPLE THERE IT COULD HAVE BEEN CLEAN. IT DOESNT DESERVE ONE STAR RATING. PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN TIL IT CAN BE OPERATED JUST HALF ASS.

Service was awful. We waited for 45 minutes for a table and there was a hostess that was supposed to be clearing tables and the waitress was to pick up the dishes but that didnt happen. They just sat there. The whole time we were waiting, there were people sitting at table that had been waiting for their food the whole time. Usually waffle house cooks are very quick but this is the slowest one ive seen.

545-630 sat by window. Staff was confused and lost.cook was doing prep .marking. Placing food and cooking all in same pair of gloves. Cook couldnt get waffles in maker right. You could tell at our table side work had not been done..ordered. Pie. Sat on counter 5-10 min before heated. Wait staff bused table behind us then grabbed the pie.

Ive gone here twice now in the morning all I can say is horrible. Worst one I been to food was bland and over cooked like to a crisp. I suggest you got to the waffle house near 85 its the best and great cooks I will not eat here again!!!!

Waffle house use to be good. I dont know how they stay in business. The service was bad and the food wasnt much better. Maybe day shift is better than night shift. I wont go back any time soon.

It is usually great, but this time it wasnt what it usually is. There was good IN our drinks and they forgot my lettuce on my sandwich. Id go there again, though. The staff members were nice!
