I went here today, simply to grab some icecrea for myelf and 5 year old cousin. It was raining but we proceeded to get out of the car at 7:45pm, we tried to open the doors and it was closed when the sign clearly said they closed at 8pm. So we continued on to the drive thru, the guy in the drive thru told us to hurry up after 2 minutes and whn i told him my order he said yeah whatever. So, we pulled up to the window and i said you can be a little nicer and he said you know what we aint even gon give you yo ice cream and shut the drive thru window on my face. I stood there and he opened the window after 2 minutes and said can you move we got cars behind you. I will be talking to the manager tomorrow but this service was completely inappropriate.

Terrible out of almost all quarts out of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and more. .... on a Thur. WTF PISS POOR MANAGEMENT leaving your employees with no stock So the poor guy was trying everything to make us happy. ... since we placed a Drivethru order and since he had no manager there he could not do a refund. ...WTF KIND OF STORE LEAVES EMPLOYEES alone with no access to do a refund .... not to mention the security risks. ...WOW....I MEAN WOW

Baskin Robbins is known for 31 flavors of ice cream, yet cant let you know what all of the flavors are in their drive through. Makes sense
