I am at the age where cooking has become more like work and I just did not want to do it anymore. I live alone so Inch Away is perfect for me. They designed the menu choices to fit my dietary restrictions and also to keep my bones strong and my weight constant. The food they prepare for an entire day is delivered at night to my apartment. When I get up in the morning I look forward to seeing it, I would recommend this healthy eating plan to any senior living alone.
