I am extremely disappointed. First I go in a few Saturdays ago and I had to wait for the lady in the front to stop yapping with her friends then she happens to give away cakeballs. So when I go to make an actual purchase, there were none left. Because she gave them away. A sale lost. Second I come by today 5:45 and the shop is closed. But the store hours on the door say open until 7. I call several times and calls are ignored. Is this how you do business? At least make mention on your Instagram or put a note on the door. There were people there who obviously saw me at the door. How about mentioning that youre closed for whatever reason. Id understand that but there was no acknowledgement. This is very disappointing. Its a shame. I will not be going back.
