The food is excellent. The staff is okay my problem is THE ORDERING SYSTEM. its as if the owner has never been to a deli. He has the girls take the order make the food and ring you up in that order. as a result there is a perpetual line out the door. As a customer is dont want to stand at the counter 10 mins while my food is being made after I just waiting 15 minutes because there were only 2 people ahead of me. So Ill break it down in the simplest way possible. Have cooks -people who dont ring up they just cook- then have customer service people - they ring up customers make coffees grab a bagel... Quick stuff- so, customer comes up places an order pays the girl and sits down. Then the cook makes it, theyre now not slowed by ringing things in and taking gloves off no none of that anymore they just cook food. you call the customers number after the order is made and they can leave. The customer spends no more than 3 mins at the desk and youre left with a smooth running deli that doesnt have people standing in a line for 20 mins. I call my orders in every time now and STILL I stand on a line for 15- 20 minutes. Follow what I just said and I promise sales will increase. Or dont and Ill stop coming in when I find a better deli that doesnt treat my time like its invaluable.

I went there on a week day morning before bringing my kids to catch a bus. I walked in , there were only 2 cops who had already had their food. I asked the 2 ladies working if they took credit cards as payment, i received no response from either. I asked again and one woman acted as if I was bothering her. She said, "what can I get you?" She never answered my original question. I always try to be nice to people who make my food so I tried again, this time me apologizing saying, "I am sorry I am in a rush, so I didnt want to have you make something if you dont take my payment" Still no answer.... So I grabbed 2 TINY orange juices in a carton. When the lady rang me up I was FLABBERGASTED!!!! Over $13 for 2 bagels with cream cheese and 2 orange juices!!!!! I questioned the price and she stated that the orange juices were $3 a piece! That is insane! She was unapologetic and as a matter of fact she was quite snobby about it. Not to argue or make a fuss I paid and said thank you. On my way to my car I saw a gentleman walking and I said, "Wow $3 for an orange juice" Weird comment he made, "She must not have liked you..." Hmmmmmmmmmm

Id like to try this place again, bc we really wanted to try one of their bagels. It was a very busy Sunday morning, perhaps the staff was too overwhelmed by the crowds to give smile and greeting. We ordered a coffee, orange juice, and two Western omlettes, which come w a bagel and home fries each. Our mistake may have been getting our food to-go. We paid $28 and left without opening the containers that held our food; REALLY wish we had, but we were quite in earnest to exit the somewhat hectic and helter-skelter ordering environment. Upon arriving back at our hotel, we opened our food to discover we had no bagels, which we were really looking forward to eating. We thought about returning and retrieving the rest of our meal but did not relish the idea of making it through the crowd again. So we ate our omlettes, only to discover we should have been specific about what kind of cheese we desired because the default "cheese" turned out to be the cheese product cheerfully called, American cheese. Potatoes were normal. If in the area again, we may give it another chance.

Bagels are good just with cream cheese. However dont bother with the breakfast sandwiches theyre horrible. The first time I figured it was busy and perhaps they were just rushing to get done the egg was burned, the second time the egg was cold and the cheese was still in tact not melted at all with 2 little strips of bacon. Typically the ladies are friendly, today that wasnt the case, very rude. Stick to bagels and cream cheese if you go.

Love this place. The owner Joe is awesome, the food is excellent! The bagels are the best in the area, the soups are great I often buy the pre-made containers to take home for lunch or dinners. For breakfast, lunch, or anytime you cant go wrong. Ive also been to an even that they have catered and everything was super delish! Highly recommend if youre in the area to stop in!

Delicious breakfast sandwiches and subs at affordable prices make this small strip mall deli worth a detour. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Prices are very affordable for huge sandwiches. My wild west sandwich was heaping with roast beef and melted cheese. Dont let the facade scare you away, this is a hidden treasure in Fishkill. Follow the locals.

Good quality bagels and hard working employees. We come here every other week or so. They always make sure the line moves quickly and do a great job putting bagels together. Once or twice Ive had a mealy tomato on my bagel, but thats about as bad as it gets. Well keep coming back!

I got 12 bagels via Groupon. While the bagels and cream cheese were great, the staff not so much. We had a older lady who took our order, she kept rolling her eyes and was rude. Customer service matters in such a competitive market so I am not sure if I will be going there again!

Joe and his staff are incredible. Whether you stop in for a bagel, salad or have him cater an affair(which we have done) the food is fresh, abundant in quantity and the presentation is perfect. They go above and beyond to please their customers. jeffmf 2/24/11

The bacon egg and cheese is paper thin. The creame cheese old and moldy The staff rude The bagel bread soggy Dusty Dirty The staffs uniforms filthy They look like rag a muffins The coffee taste like gasoline Not a very good place ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

This joint was awesome! Ate several types of bagels and had an assortment of cookies. Everything was great! The black and white cookies were just like you imagine! Owner was friendly and attentive.
