I have to give my honest opinion. When i use to get the gateau suisse cake when it first came out. It was awesome. It was absoulety great. I am talking when the bakery first opened. It was very big portion of white chocolate thin layer of white cake thin layer of chocolate cake and very big portion of chocolate mousse. I have to say i do not care for it that much anymore. It really is more cake than it is mousse. I found out its because the original baker left. Very disappointing
