I have ordered from here several times and there is always an issue. They never bring mustard and we always request it. The delivery guy can never find my house, I swear its not complicated Im in Maple Terrace, and they claim to have called for directions. I have an iPhone and Im pretty familiar with what it looks like when you miss a call, somehow their calls dont show up on my phone. So the delivery guy finally gets there and I ask repeatedly, " is there hot mustard in the bag?" "Yes yes, hot mustard, yes" "are you sure because you guys often forget it" "sure, yes, hot mustard". Ok, so I tip him and off he goes. No hot mustard, of course and when I call and complain that we need hot mustard and that I repeatedly asked the delivery guy, she says, you have to ask for sauce, and delivery guy no speak English. When I spend almost $100 on Chinese delivery I think they can afford to include some mustard.

Ive been here for both the lunch buffet and dinners. The lunch buffet doesnt have as many options as at other Chinese buffets, but clearly they are focusing on doing a few dishes very well - the freshness and quality of the ingredients blows other Chinese places away. For only 5.45, youd have to be crazy to get a greasy combo meal for lunch instead of this. Dinners are also excellent quality. Im not young and grew up near the city, and this is definitely the best Chinese place Ive ever encountered!

Horrible service!! This owner is ridiculous. She saw my daughter spill her soup and refused to bring out another saying "not my fault " in broken English! My other daughter asked for a fresh water and she pointed to my husbands water and said "theres one"!!! With some American hospitality training and English language coaching this place could be great for Sycamore bc the food is good. My advice, carry out! Much less annoying!!!!

I just moved to Sycamore and my fiance and I were feeling Chinese so we thought wed give this place a try. When the delivery guy pulled up, he appeared to hit one of our vehicles, luckily no damage, and the food tasted horrible. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from here again.

Quality of the food is NOT what I thought compared to other places Ive eaten in. It could be a regional thing as to how its prepared Im not really sure but the atmosphere of the place is great along with the waitstaff.
