This place is conveniently located within a commercial area and surrounded by retail stores. I went here with my wife for lunch on a weekend. I wasnt expecting anything special from the food, just something tasty to fill our tummies. Lunch special prices were good, around $6.50 for a good helping. I had the orange chicken, and my wife had the lo mein. Both dishes were fine; nothing to rave about, but they tasted good and I think the food was worth the price. Had no problem with the service; staff was attentive and courteous. This place has quite a few negative reviews already, but I wouldnt go as far as to forbid anyone from trying this place. I wouldnt recommend it for a romantic dinner date, but its convenient location and fair prices should be enough to give it a try -- especially if you happen to be shopping in the area and need to "refuel".

My husband and I came here on a Tuesday night. it looks nice from the outside but the lack of costumers on the inside should have been our first clue that it would not be our new favorite spot. They have every random dish from the entire Asian continent on their menu with the except of some very popular CHINESE dishes. what a let down when our food arrived 2 min after we ordered (which means it was certainly not cooked FOR us) the food tasted terrible. We were both very hungry when we got there but left with full plates. It wasnt even worth a box to take home. I wanted to warn the other 2 tables just being seated that it was not worth the money, time, or calories. What a disappointment. Panda Express has more authentic food! Two thumbs down.

They are very confrontational when they make a mistake! My car was broke so we ordered a meal for delivery. It took about an hour, which we expected-but when we got the order it was wrong. We ordered Beef and Broccoli for dinner and they delivered Beef chop suey. When we called and told them about the mistake the woman was VERY DEFENSIVE and confrontational! I asked if she was like that to all the customers and then she took on a slow and snotty attitude. It was insulting and rude!!!! They really should watch who they have answering their phones to take orders. She held no accountability for the error! She left such a bad taste that no matter what the food was like, I wont go back for that sort of treatment!!!!!!

We used to be regulars for take out...our orders averaging about $45 per call. Im used to "kids" answering the phones, most of the time, they are just doing the best they can. Tonight tho...my word, the young lady answering the phone was inept as well as rude. Had to keep repeating my order, over and over and over again. She was clearly irritated about not being able to hear (noise was clearly on their end) and I offered to call back, hoping that would "fix" the situation. She immediately told me that yes, I should call back "another time" and promptly hung up. Really? This is who you are hiring for your front line? We will take our business elsewhere...its really not that hard to find another place for Chinese.

My family and I ate here. Horrid service, example: setting the food down, then having to ask for utensils and napkins.... The server setting a bowl of chili oil in front of my 10 month old son, and before I knew what was going on he had gotten his hands in it..... Gave the server Phil a $2 tip, he at least got the food to the table. He then took it upon himself to add $6 more. Found this out when I saw the charge on my statement. I talked to the manager and she blew me off. I do not recommend this hole to anyone.

Ordered orange chicken and egg role fore carryout. The chicken was dry and there was no sauce to mix with the rice. No sweet sour for egg role. Called restaurant when I got home and manager was rude and dismissive. Very obvious customers are not important to her. Took most of the food back the next day to show that there was no sauce and manager would not speak to me. Was given seven dollars for a refund for half the food. Will not be a customer in the future. Many other places to choose from.

Worst cafeteria food I have ever had. Cold egg rolls. Fried shrimp were tiny, dried up pieces of old, cast away shrimp with gigantic clumps of cold batter clung to them, duck was dry and tasteless, egg foo yung was truly disgusting with a wierd taste to it and the fried rice was simply white rice, colored brown with some peas and carrots thrown in. Shrimp in garlic sauce was fair, but there was maybe 8 small shrimp in an $11.50 dish. Left the extra food, if you can call it that. Run from this place.

Buyer beware. Ordered a large shrimp dish to go and was charged 14.95 for half a container full. (Thats 12 little shrimp... More than one dollar per shrimp). Management refused to give even a partial credit or coupon for the obvious mistake instead insisting that all their shrimp dishes are measured. It was a rip off and yes I have photos. I recommend going elsewhere and avoiding the rip off.

Im pretty sure they gave me Costco beef lo main noodles they sell in the freezer section! They were the exact same smell ingredients taste and looked the same. They must of ran out and made a quick trip to Costco! Not happy about that! If you want real Chinese food try the gourmet house they are really good and dont look at you funny when you ask for extra soy sauce.

I have not eaten Chinese food since 1993, due to the flu. Newly married, my husband suggested we go to Chens one evening. With much trepidation, I ordered the sweet and sour soup. After a few minutes I was eating off his plate. Chens had restored my faith in Chinese cuisine. We are now regulars and love it and the staff.

We tried this location about 1 year ago and were not overly impressed. The decor was nice, as was the staff. But the food was all swimming (more so than normally in a chinese restaurant) with too much gravy. None of the dishes were over the top great.

Very good food!!! Best Chinese around. We only order from here and we love everything we have ever ordered. Delivery was a bit slow but it doesnt stop us from ordering and getting it delivered. Very nice people here as well.

Ordered Chow Foon with Beef...only problem, there was hardly NO beef in the dish! The menu states, "A dish you could only find in China Town"...I was better off going to China Town with the money I spent here!

PLace took over 2 hours to deliver our food. It was cold when we finally got it. We called and they said they would give us $5 off, which was never done. Very crappy delivery and phone service!!!!!

THE FOOD WAS THE BEST EVER. I am critical of places I eat but this one definitely is worth going to. Prices were reasonable and portion sizes are large. Lost one star for location / traffic
